About Nick Einbender

My name is Nick and I'm a Dentist in the Air Force. I grew up in a small town outside of Seattle called Enumclaw. I went to college at BYU and subsequently dental school in Louisville Kentucky. Since working for the military I've lived in Las Vegas Nevada, South Korea, Germany, Hawaii and now Washington DC. Aside from dentistry I love photography and being outside enjoying nature. You can most often find me on some outdoor adventure, taking pictures (whether it's a gorgeous sunset or some ridiculous dessert), working out to maintain my fitness, or spending time with friends and family. And speaking of dessert I have quite an intense sweet tooth. I know, a dentist with a sweet tooth, I've heard all the jokes you can imagine in this scenario but it's true! I married my husband Spencer in July 2015 and we bought and renovated this home when I was transferred to Washington DC with the Air Force. Spencer has a background in interior design/visual merchandising and has worked to design a beautiful apartment for you to enjoy in our amazing Historic Home in Capitol Hill!

Charming Hideaway

  • 5 of 5

I had only one night to enjoy this accommodation, but it was a lovely stay. It was hard to believe I was on a basement level. The stone wall detail in the bathroom was beautiful. The kitchen reminded me of Home Away and VRBO rentals we have had in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. My only regret is that I I didn't have more time to enjoy it.

Excellent location!!!

  • 5 of 5

This property is very cute, we stayed 4 nights, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We walked form here to all the places we visited; its very close to the Capitol. Also one of the Subway/metro station is located 2 blocks from the property if you don't want to walk the subway brings you to all the places you want to visit. Restaurants and trader Joe's are a few blocks from here. The only think I can say, the isle/table has only 2 chairs; I wish it has 2 extra simple stools on the other side, where we all could seat for dinner together. Nick was nice and helpful to hold our luggage until 2 pm after we leave the property. Thanks Nick, my family had a good time in D.C and at your place.

Super DC Hideaway

  • 5 of 5

Very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable apartment. We were able to walk to all of the museums and monuments from this location. We also walked to a couple of grocery stores from here. Nick and Spencer were very accommodating and corresponded immediately to any questions or requests that we had. When we return we will most definitely stay here again.
