Welcome to the ONLY newly finished out One Bedroom plus Bunk Room at Mediterranea, an exclusive luxury condo destination. This Upscale condo features a high quality finish-out, Gulf Views, a Master suite and an additional Bunk Room. The extra long balcony extends from the living room all the way to the Master. This is perfect place to make your home away from home. This spacious open floor plan condo has it all with its large living room with flat screen TV, to the modern kitchen.

This gated community with garage parking, has beautiful grounds, a resort style pool, a hot tub, private beach access and grills.

Magnificent nightly sunsets are the perfect ending to your vacation days on the beach.

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

**Please be advised Mediterranea will begin a Soffit Restoration Project at the end of September 2025. They will begin on the pool side of Building D & E covering balcony railings and starting work in those areas on October 6th. Walkways may be closed off in some areas where they are working for safety purposes. They will be working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and occasionally on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Building C, where your unit is, construction will start at the end of January. However, there may be construction noise and equipment during your stay prior to that.

Wonderful condo!

The condo and complex were beautiful. Very nicely decorated and well maintained. Love the location in Miramar, just 10 minutes to Destin and 20 to Seaside for dining in the evening. Will stay again.

Mike and Emily’s wedding

We had a great time, celebrating the wedding of our niece and her fiance. The weather was beautiful and we all enjoyed the property as we rented somewhere around 8 condos. All and all a perfect weekend. Thank you!

Great Stay

Overall great stay and lovely condo. Wish they had provided extra towels or laundry soap/dryer sheets to wash with since we had to wash the towels. Coffee filters would have been a nice touch too. But overall great stay!

Beautiful condo

Loved the condo, beautifully decorated. My only complaint was that the first morning my husband went to make coffee it all came out from the bottom. I followed directions for non emergency problems and texted it was broken and wondered if there was a replacement. No reply or replacement. Had to walk to bad ass coffee three times.

Wonderful property

Unit was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and always available for questions. Private beach was a delight. Will definitely return with family.

Enjoyed the decks and views. Would have liked to have had two bathrooms. Must have missed that in the property description. Overall excellent property.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful Condo! It was stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Stayed here with my husband and two children. Bunk room was perfect size for them. Very close to the beach and it was nice to have Pompano Joes right across the street! Try the rolled ice cream next door.. best ice cream I ever had! Would definitely stay here again!

Control issues

We love the location of Mediterrina. This unit was the perfect size for our family. I wanted to love it and book again, but that isn’t the case. The owners have multiple labels around the unit. Must hand wash certain dishes, do not turn the thermostat down below 72 and keep this switch down. The one label that created the most frustration was the label on the beach towels. Must wash and dry after each use. The dryer in this unit overheats and shuts down due to the set up. I couldn’t get the beach towels dry after 6 hours. We needed to wash bath towels & wash cloths to use for showers to go to dinner. Due to the dryer over heating we weren’t able to dry the bath towels until the following day. After calling management it was explained that the dryer is ventless and overheats regularly. The property manager offered to bring us extra bath towels the next day. There was no extra towels delivered and zero communication after. The property manager was not aware of the owners request to wash and dry beach towels after each use. The dryer was unable to dry a small load of laundry the night before our departure. We had to pack a pair of damp jeans in our luggage. I really wanted to love this until. The location, view and size was perfect for our family. The multiple labels with demands and a dryer that wouldn’t dry a small size of laundry was enough of a frustration that would keep us from returning.

Getaway for a couple

Condo is nice but I had asked for an early check in. Condo was empty when we arrived. Property manager gave me much attitude about getting in a couple hours earlier even though it was sitting vacant upon our arrival. We froze because owner controls thermostat and again communication wasn’t very efficient. Then again it was attitude about getting heat. I believe this was a space that was converted into a condo. Nice finishes however couch was the worst I have ever sat on and king size mattress and bedding were not up to our standards. Ceilings are low and dryer didn’t work properly as well as no water pressure in the shower. We love the Mediterraneana and this unit is great for two people however we will not rent it again.
