Property was very nice, beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. The only thing I would add or suggest is bringing a luggage racks for a place to set your suitcases on. It was hard not having dressers. That’s minor. But would be very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for attending a convention, short walk, and short walk to beach, and great clean pool. Condo itself needs some TLC with basic repairs but furniture was great, beds comfortable, kitchen was great for home cooking while relaxing with family. Plenty of space, and nice balcony with a perfect spot for the bay breeze and sunsets. Ideal spot to stay for a getaway. Made us want to pursue purchasing a condo one day. Thankful for the opportunity to relax in comfort and great location and views. Thank you!

Decor is 10 out of 10 and the location is great. Its centrally located and easy to get to the beach. We were disappointed with the response time when we had an issue and ended up resolving it on our own. An investment in beach equipment would be appreciated. The dual option coffee maker was convenient.

Great and awesome stay!!!

Our stay was great condo located in the perfect spot where you can get to everything easily. The view of the pool and bay side and watching the sunset is beautiful. Everything in the condo was nice and clean. This will be my new vacation spot down here at ocean city MD love it.. I will return any chance I get..

Reach the Beach

I stayed here for a cheer competition at the convention center. You can’t beat the location. The comp looked just like the photos. I appreciated the special touch with the pillows in the master bedroom. There was a soft pillow and a firm to meet the preference of anyone.

Girls weekend

We had 5 girls for a girls weekend and this condo was perfect. It would also be perfect for a family or a couple wanting to get away. The condo was very clean and felt welcoming. There was only one parking pass instead of two but there was plenty of parking. The property manager texted right back when needed and was very helpful.

The place was beautiful. Communication with the property manager was great. Only downfall, lack of communication that trailers need to be registered, and more money needed. Probably would not rent for bikeweek again but for just a visit during the summer.

Dr Melanie’s condo was just as pictured and described. She addressed questions we had in a timely manner. This condo was in the perfect location, especially if you have an event at the convention center. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, and it was a bonus that all linens were provided —one less thing to worry about when packing! Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and more!

Vision of the Bay

We really enjoy our stay. The sliding patio window was beautiful that overlooked the bay. While I was cooking in the kitchen I could view the sunset. That made my cooking enjoyable and serene. Thank you for supplying the necessary cookware. The other thing I appreciate It was next door to the convention center. You could remain parked and not worry about getting a parking space. How convenient. We didn’t even have to move our car. Management thank you so much for a clean, safe stay. We want to rent next year.

Great condo/Not great property management company

This condo was great. It is exactly as pictured, and we would stay there again. The beds were comfortable with good quality sheets and pillows and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. The only problem that I had was with the instructions in the binder that came with the condo. The emails that I got from the property management company, Evolve, said that there would be two parking passes and pool tags in the binder. There was only one parking pass, this was not a problem for us, but might be for others and there were no pool tags. It took two emails and a phone call to the property management to find out the access code to the pool. The first time they gave me the wrong code. Also, there were no instructions for how to use the televisions although we didn’t spend much time watching TV but for others, it might be nice to have that information. If you want bar soap for the showers bring your own and bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. The sunsets are spectacular!

Lovely apartment and great location

We had a fabulous time here. The apt is modern and stocked with everything you need. Contact with the property manager was seamless. Wonderful pool and great location. We will be back.

The place was nice but small. The one bathroom door wouldn't close at all so we had to put something against it when using the bathroom. That was unacceptable.
