With vaulted ceilings, hardwood and limestone tile, 4 smart tv's, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar, make this a perfect choice for spending your vacation in lovely Seacrest. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the 30A ocean breeze and viewing the scenic sunrises and sunsets.

From the moment you walk into this spacious three-bedroom condominium located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, you'll be in awe of both the fresh, open decor as well as the fantastic views of bustling Scenic Highway 30A below. Your master bedroom features access to the balcony, a spacious king bed, & a 75-inch smart tv. Attached to the master bedroom you'll find the master bathroom, which features a double vanity, tub and a larger than usual closet. Your second bedroom has a fantastic king bed, a great closet, and a 60-inch smart tv. The third bedroom has newly updated Full over Full bunk bed along with a 55-inch Smart tv. The two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway, which features a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the accouterments needed for a five-course meal or a simple shrimp boil! All cooking and baking items are provided, and then some. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living spaces. The living room features beautiful décor along with access to the balcony.

The Village of South Walton has an amazing beachside village feel. No car is needed while staying in this condo. This complex offers you Starbucks, Lola Coastal Italian, Creative Crepes, 2 Clothing/surf stores, La Cocina Latin Restaurant, The sweet Peddler Candy Shop, The Back Door Bakery, Small cakes Cupcakery and Ice Cream Shop, Pizza by the Sea, Sundries Grocery Story and Beach and Brew. There is easy access to the private beach via a shuttle which picks you up just steps from the building. The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 10-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. If you so choose, the beach is an easy 5-minute walk. The Village is centrally located in Seacrest between Rosemary Beach and Alys on 30A. The convenient location is within easy walking distance to world-class dining, spa, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops. There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.

Perfect family spot for no-hassle beach vacation!

We’ve stayed in rosemary beach three years and always at this property. This time we decided on a bigger condo to accommodate more family members and could not be happier with our stay. Everything in walking distance and condo itself clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay. We took a small family vacation with our 9 month old and in-laws. The property clean and great for our stay. The area is very nice with lots of amenities near by. Beach access is very easy as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great location/ Room for improvement

Location is very good between Rosemary and Alys. Live music nightly in the bar directly below is cool for the right folks but not for everyone. The housekeepers need to be a bit more meticulous. The furnishings could be much better. No coffee table, need for more seating in the TV area and a very small dining room table. The master bath could stand to be updated. Hard not to enjoy 30A but expect a bit more for the money.

Condo Review

Condo was okay but property is not well maintained for this price range. Needs to be cleaned. Shared areas such as pool needs updating and to be better maintained. We reported roaches several days into our stay. Eventually, someone came to spray, but we dealt with roaches for three weeks. It was noted, when we first reported, that the property had been sprayed a couple of weeks earlier for roaches as well. Property manager did not seem concerned, nor offered any compensation. We sent photos to show how unkempt and dirty the condo was, but no one responded to those concerns. We found the walk to the beach doable with two kids, and the tram drivers were helpful when using the tram. You may have to wait 5-10 minutes for a tram at peak times, but overall it’s not a big deal. There is only a small area for bringing your own umbrella and chairs to the beach. If you want to rent those, you will need to book several weeks in advance for front row. Location for walking to restaurants and Rosemary Beach area is nice.

Rosemary Beach Stay

The condo was perfect. Absolutely no complaints except for the noisy neighbors upstairs. I do want to add that it’s a middle misleading how easy the access was to the beach. It’s not a 5 minute walk away. You have to take a tram or ride a bike to get there without a huge hassle. We will probably try to find something on the water for our next trip.

Excellent location for family getaway

Great location and very kid friendly with nightly music in the courtyard area (tons of young kids running around having fun). Short tram ride, bike ride, or walk from the beach. Nice TVs in each room. Nothing stocked in the kitchen beyond salt/pepper so if you plan on cooking, bring all your own stuff.

Family Beach Trip

Our family made our yearly beach trip to the Rosemary/Seacrest area this year. We usually go to Alabama, but due to last years hurricane damage we had to come to 30A instead. We are so glad we did and this will be our new preferred area! It was me, my husband and our teenage daughter. Such a great place for our daughter to hang out with friends and plenty to keep her busy for the week! The condo was perfect, with plenty of space. The only negative for us was the people above us were very loud every morning at 6:00AM and throughout the day. Sounded like they were running back and forth-I assume small children.. The only other thing missing was a wine bottle opener, which we were able to purchase in the convenience store right below us. Some many restaurants close by that we rarely left the property in our car. We will be back to the area in October, but likely will stay in Rosemary Beach proper.

Condo Review

-This condo is listed as allows pets. However, when you read the book on table owners do not allow for pets. Although we choose not to bring our dog renters should be aware -This condo does not allow you to put the A/C below 72 degrees. If you do the unit freezes. We spent one night and the whole next day with no a/c because we put it on 70. If you are hot natured I don’t recommend. Only one bedroom (master) they has a ceiling fan. There is a small portable fan in another room. Second and third bedrooms are very warm at night. Especially when you cannot lower the thermostat. -This condos master bedroom windows leak very bad. We had our computer bags on floor under windows. We woke to dripping sounds of water on window seals and floor on Tuesday July 28. Both windows had water leaking inside the window frame through the wood. -This unit is on second floor so you’ll have people above you. You will hear every footstep they make. -The refrigerator does not get very cold -The wine opener did not work. Bring your own! -The designated beach area this property alloys you to is massively crowded. If you do not rent from the chair company you are going to be packed like sardines. -The property you have to walk through (across from white life guard stand) does not allow you to bring anything wheeled so you cannot bring a wagon.

Wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing stay in Rosemary. The location and weather were perfect and the property was exactly how it was listed. Hayden, the property manager, was so attentive and accommodating to all of our needs and he was exceptionally present throughout the process of booking and all throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent vacation and we will definitely be back!

We had a spectacular time at Seacrest!

The apartment was great, very well located and in good shape! We enjoyed coffee at the balcony . I would only recommend two more chairs in the dinning room since it is a 6 people appartment. Seacrest and Rosemary Beach are a jewel white sandy beach and first class community. We had a blast!

Great location, comfortable condo

We had a great time with our whole family. Never had to use our car while we were there because everything was an easy walk. There was a tram available for the beach (from 9 am to 5 pm), but you can also walk to the beach outside of those times. Just go west on 30a about 100 yards, take a left at the big white lifeguard chair, and show your wrist bands to the gate guard (if they even ask). Just wish we had longer to stay.
