The view was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were much smaller than we anticipated. Also, some very basic things, like trash bags were a chore to get a hold of.If you’re looking for a beautiful view right from your couch, this is it!

We have stayed at Fifty Gulfside on numerous occasions and have always really enjoyed the experience. The location couldn't be better and even though work was ongoing to repair hurricane damage this did not impact us. We found Katie to be friendly and helpful at all times.

Perfect Location!

The condo had a magnificent view of the ocean and it was right on the beach! We were also within walking distance of several restaurants and shops! Everything was clean and the staff was awesome!

Girls trip

The property has gorgeous views. The staff was all very friendly and courteous. The location was perfect for anything you wanted to do. We will definitely be back.

Second worst vacation ever!! We woke up every morning of our vacation to a pile driver outside our window at 8am and continued through the entire day. Even while we were trying to relax at the pool/beach we could still here it over our speaker. The sliding glass door blinds were hanging out of the wall, you couldn't lower the blinds because if the tried the metal bar (very heavy) would come out of the wall more. Honestly I don't know how they are still attached. Thank goodness they didn't fall on the kids. The shower knob is so old you can barely turn it off and on, the water leaked the whole time we were there. The room with the two beds is so small you literally have no space to move around. The condo wasn't that clean either. Before I rented the condo it stated to let the office know if you needed an extra parking space. However that is a lie.. when I called numerous times I was told they do not have any extra spaces but I could pay 4/5 dollars and hour (for a week) in a paid parking spot near by. There are two ladies in the front office. One of them are very kind and helpful and the other is the rude, nasty and obviously needs to retire. I could go on for days about this place. This will be my first and last time here!

Overall experience was wonderful. The girls in the office were great and very personable and helped with anything we needed. There were many workers in the building and they were all very nice and accommodating. We hardly knew they were there during our 2 week stay. We have already booked for next year in the same room, so the things listed above were minor inconveniences that won't deter us from returning.

Nice property & great staff

Overall a great stay. Beautiful view from 210 but that unit needs major upgrades. Toilet issue in main bedroom ran constantly. Didn't get fixed even after I reported it . Pictures on walls faded from 1970s and some even had mold growing in them. cabinets doors all crooked and falling apart in 2nd bath. Some of chairs at table/bar area had broken legs. Beds were at least comfortable and A/C worked great. I recommend staying at 50 gulfside but maybe a different unit that has been upgraded to this decade. Price was reasonable for direct waterfront but Still waiting on security deposit to be refunded after 2 weeks.
