The house is within walking distance to great local restaurants and Laurel Street Bakery, which has chai lattes and bagels that are to die for, Felipe's, and a host of other restaurants, though you’ll probably want to Uber to the French Quarter or Marigny for more!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit including the foyer, living room, kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, laundry, and spacious backyard, work areas, gym room, and game room.

Take S Norman C Francis Parkway, Washington Ave and S Broad St to S Rocheblave St
From I-10 East (Slidell) - Follow I-10 W to Cleveland Ave. Take exit 235B from I-10 W
Take US-90 W to S Rocheblave St

Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.

There is a tenant that lives onsite in a detached building in the backyard. The tenant will travel through the driveway/backyard to get to and from the unit but does NOT have access to the house listed for rent in this listing.

Please note that there are exterior cameras on the property.
Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere by city and state laws.
