Wake up in Ocean City MD to beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean in this beautifully decorated penthouse unit at the Quay! The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 3 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*There is a required $100 Quay Amenity Fee due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Very warm in condo. Seemed liked air conditioning could not cool unit. Otherwise all else was good.

Beach trip

We weren’t able to get into the rental until a hour and half late. The cleaning people rushed (we sat in the hallway while they finished) and the rental still had crumbs and dog hair in it. One guaranteed parking spot for that large of a rental is not enough, at least two is needed. We left the rental more cleaned up than what we walked into. The rental itself was very nice and suitable for our beach trip, otherwise.

3bed/3bath Penthouse

Pros: oceanfront building, penthouse has a side view to the ocean. Unit has an updated kitchen and all 3 bathrooms are also updated. It slept all 7 of us comfortably. Large and comfortable sectional couch with large television in living room. Garbage chute was convenient. Indoor and outdoor pool (both crowded but due to the size of the building it was not surprising). Cons: A layout of the unit or a better description of the bedrooms would have been helpful. The bedroom on the first floor of the unit has the double/queen bed and attached bathroom. There’s also a 2nd full bath on the first floor . Second floor has king bed with attached bathroom and bunk bed room (no attached bathroom). Laundry is also on the second floor. The washing machine was broke on our arrival. Coastal resorts and the owner did respond in a timely manner during office hours. We were told a part to fix the washing machine was ordered (without anyone looking at the machine), but the part would not arrive during our stay. We were offered a laundry service that would pick up our clothes on Thursday and return on Saturday ( that did not work for us). We went to the laundromat twice (not exactly how you want to spend your vacation). The owners did offer us a small refund for the inconvenience and up to 3 additional linen services. You are guaranteed 1 parking spot ($50). We asked for a second and were basically sent on a scavenger hunt because no one knew where to send us. The 2nd spot was $60.
