Villa Coral by Exuma Exclusives - a 4,000 sq.ft. Villa, located in Moore Hill on a periphery beach of Tropic of Cancer in Little Exuma (Atlantic side of the island, approximately 45 minutes from the GGT Airport).

Villa Coral is one of our newest properties and was designed meticulously from top to bottom with "your ideal vacation" as our north star. Our favourite features are the pale and relaxing colour palate, the stunning ceiling and door heights, andthe unbeatable views that are provided by the elevated foundation.

Villa Coral has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 located on the main floor of the Villa and one in a separate suite with an ensuiteon the lower floor, meaning that this home can easily accommodate you and your family/guests.

With only one direct neighbour, this Villa feels very secluded and serene, providing you the relaxation you strive for. The Villa is perched atop a ridge with steps down to the beach below for easy access.The open pool deck provides you and your guests a breathtaking panorama view of the ocean and horizon.

Sand & beach conditions in front of the home during the hurricane season can change due to severe weather, tides, currents, (i.e. mother nature) which we unfortunately cannot control. If this is of concern, please reach out to our team for further clarification.

You’re in for a treat! There are so many things to experience in Exuma and the Cays - there is something for everyone. Our guests’ favourites include exploring the gorgeous beaches with crystal blue water, visiting the famous swimming pigs and iguana island, swimming with sharks, sea turtles or sting rays, snorkelling, diving, fishing, kayaking, golfing at a world-class course, enjoying a beach-side picnic, indulging in fresh local seafood, and so much more!

Customer Service:
By booking an Exuma Exclusives home, you can be confident you’ll receive the highest level of customer service before, during, and after your trip to Exuma. Our expert local property management teams can assist you with any aspects of your stay including, but not limited to: grocery delivery, chefs and local caterers, rental vehicles, excursions (such as visiting the swimming pigs!), babysitting services, fishing recommendations, and any other local recommendations or assistance you need. They have a wealth of knowledge about the island and are committed to ensuring you enjoy all Exuma has to offer - hassle free.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. Note: A 3% non-refundable processing / administrative fee on the total value of the stay will be due for all cancellations. Fee will be waived if the booking is moved/shifted to future dates without cancelling.
