What a beautiful place! We had the entire beach to ourselves for most of our stay as none of the neighbors went down to the beach. The manager/host Onike’ was absolutely fantastic and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our entire stay! She also arranged for a rental car and provided great details for shopping, restaurants and excursions. She always responded right away! She was fantastic!!! The location of the property is absolutely perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back again!!

Incredible Location!!

We had the most memorable stay in Exuma and at the Papaya House. The location and beach in front of the house is absolutely amazing! Onike' the house manager was wonderful and had great communication throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your home and we will cherish the memories we made in beautiful Exuma!

Great Vacation!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach was absolutely stunning—just steps away. What really made our trip special was the property manager, Onike. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Really wonderful beach house

We absolutely loved the Papaya House! It was our 4th trip to Little Exuma and have tried a number of home, Papaya House did not disappoint! Location is perfect, the beach was tranquil and private, and the house was stocked full of beach gear and everything you need to relax for a while in paradise.

Absolute Perfection

This house and location is perfect. The beach and water could not be more breathtaking. And a night, I think you can see every star in the galaxy. You can snorkel right out in front of the house - we brought our own gear but the house had plenty of it, as well as floats, fishing equipment, chairs, umbrellas and absolutely everything you need to fully enjoy the stay. This our third trip to the Bahamas (second to Exuma), we always pay to check one cooler and one suitcase to bring frozen foods and dry goods, essentials. Highly recommend doing that but the Exuma Outpost has a good selection to fill in the blanks but some things are pretty pricey. We loved Papaya House and hope to return soon. One of our favorite vacations ever.

Beautiful Quiet Getaway

I booked this house with the Exuma Outpost next door for our groom and bridal villa, and it was perfect. I had 5 people at Papaya House (8 people at Exuma Outpost). It was walkable, and we have the most spectacular view! It has the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The rooms were nice and very spacious, and Onike, the house manager was available whenever we needed something. It is on Little Exuma, a bit further away from George Town, but we rented cars, purchased provisions ahead of time, and had chefs catered and dropped off food for the week. That allowed us to enjoy the property and beach as much as we can. We had a micro wedding on the island, and it was the most unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Family Trip

The Papaya House was amazing. Love Beach is as beautiful as it sounds. Despite the beauty of the house, my favorite part was being able to snorkel from the beach in front of the house.

Great house and location

Pretty much as pictured and you’re right on the beach - really no reason to leave. They also have kayaks, paddle posts and some floats in garage. But it is also fun to explore! We speant a half day w Exuma water sports to see the swimming pigs and the snorkeling was phenomenal. We also rented a boat at Minns and explored on our own- this is a MUST! And have lunch at chat n chill. The kitchen in the home is pretty small and we found it easier to use the local Chef Ann who is amazing but about $100pp that includes the food. There are not any dinner options to eat out that we found but lunch spots were all good- tropic breeze and Santanas are both close by and great for lunch. The house was great but could use a little TLC - bathroom towel bars were loose and seemed to be an issue w one of the gas burners (gas leak?) that the property manager is looking into. Sofa was not very comfortable (futon type) but overall I still give it 5 stars because the beach, outdoor space, location, and access to chef exceeded our expectations- don’t get me wrong the home and room decor are beautiful- just some minor things they could update as mentioned. Do rent a car when you come!

Amazing home on beautiful Love Beach!

We had a great stay at the Papaya House! Had everything we needed and really appreciated having the generator! Onike was great while we were there and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Loved the location and the house with all the extras such as the kayaks, paddle board and floating mat! Can not wait to return to Exuma!

Amazing House and Cove

The house was beyond our expectations. Videos and pictures of the cove doesn't do justice. You have to see it in person. Host was great, always responded right away. Didn't have any issues and everything was great. Can't wait stay at this house again.

Best beach destination ever!

This is our second visit to Papaya House. Absolutely thrilled with the location, definitely not a place for partying and night life which we were not interested in…such a relaxing, pristine vacation to a safe and friendly small island. We have traveled over the years and visited some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and none are better than Love Beach. We will look forward to a return visit ASAP!

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Property Management

The home is absolutely breathtaking - the photos do not do it justice. Those in my party were pleasantly surprised by how immaculate and cozy the property was. Onike (property manager) was superb, answered questions promptly before and during our stay. She provisioned the house with some grocery items, arranged for us to have an in-home chef experience with Rondell, which was some of the best food we’d ever had! Onike also provided pertinent info about getting around, places to go and things to see. Additionally, Onike recommended Luther, who was our driver for the week and he too was amazing as we left the driving to him! Our group will definitely be back again to stay at the Papaya House. The only thing we would change or prepare for better next time is to use baby oil or a repellent for sand flies. There was some available in the home but because we are from the U.S., we didn’t realize we should’ve been using the repellent so instead used something similar to “Off” vs the sand fly spray — mainly because we just weren’t familiar with tropical locations. All of this to say, our stay was pretty darn perfect and we will return again and we highly recommend this property. Huge thank you to Onike!

Sheer Beauty

This place was awesome! Can’t imagine waking up to a more beautiful view. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous week from games, to kayaks, to beach toys, etc. The owners and Onike were super helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely go back and stay at there again!!!

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful trip! The first part of the trip was with our daughters and their husband &/or boyfriends. There was adequate and private bedrooms for all! The second half of the trip was with our friends! The house was fully stocked with appliances, including a bread making machine, blender and margarita machine, utensils for cooking and oils and spices for cooking. There are two grills outside and a large dining area for our huge group! There is also a garden full of herbs, vegetables and fruits to use for meals. The House Manager, Onike', was absolutely a gem! I would take advantage of having her provision the house with food prior to your arrival, as we met other travelers on the island that did not utilize this option. Also, she and her husband create some delicious meals, so take them up on that option too! Prior to occupying their home, the hosts answered all of our questions whenever we inquired! They sent us some great info regarding excursions and etc. The house is stocked with lots of movies, Netflix, disney plus and a huge variety of games. In addition, a telescope and binoculars. We stayed quite active using the tandem kayaks and all of the rafts/floats they have in their garage. The private beach that this house sits on is truly amazing! The ocean hues of blue and turquoise were beyond spectacular! The stars at night were sensational! Make sure to read the book that the hosts leave as they outline all of the activities.

The most spectacular setting and beach we'd ever seen, and the house was modern, well decorated and well equipped.

Great combination of beach and sun with places to sit in the shade and just watch the water. Upstairs balcony off the bedrooms with rocking chairs is just about the best place to read in the world.

There are two double kayaks, a screened in Cabana and full sized laundry machines, as well as lots of water toys.
