Perfect place to relax

Peaceful - ideal for relaxing. Walking distance to centre of Moraira (25 minutes). Lots of restaurants close by, as well as supermarkets. Choice of beaches nearby. Couldn't fault it - but no air conditioning. Apart from that, everything is superb. superb.Anissuee

Echt super schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, und auch der Pool hatte die Perfekte Größe für uns. Die Lage ist auch super, man war in Morraira schnell oder auch beim Supermarkt. Das einzigste was ich bemängeln hätte, bzw was man besser machen kann wäre neue Matratzen in jeden Zimmer. Die Matratzen warne für uns sehr hart und unbebequem. Und eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern wäre auch eine gute Idee

Lovely house to relax

The house is as described in the text and matches the pictures. It's a beautiful place to relax. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and there is everything you could want in the immediate vicinity. Beaches, shops, bars/restaurans - everything can be found in the immediate vicinity. (A car is of course recommended) We were particularly pleased that there were fly screens in the bedrooms - thank you! We can recommend the house without reservation.

Unforgeting holiday

The villa was beautifully decorated and in a very peaceful environment. Everything was functional and in order. Dear Sonia, thank you very much. Location villa ryad

Location extrêmement agréable, tres bien placée dans un quartier tres calme à proximité des commerces et restaurants. La plage la plus proche est accessible à pieds. Excellente communication avec les proprietaires. Séjour très agréable dans une belle region.

Ferienhaus mit dem besonderen Touch

Angenehm ruhige Gegend/Nachbarschaft, sehr gutes Bett/Matratze. Habe selten so gut in einem Urlaub geschlafen. Leider keine Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern (wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage muss man nachts mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen). Nur spanische Fernsehsender. WiFi funktionierte problemlos. Schöner kleiner sauberer Pool. Auto nachts sicher in Garage zu parken. Fußläufige Entfernung zu sehr gutem Supermarkt. Kühlschrank etwas laut/mit starken Vibrationen.

Our experience in renting this property was just perfect. Check-in was a breeze, queries were swiftly answered and the couple of small unavoidable issues which arose were handled and rectified quickly and without fuss. We wouldn’t hesitate in renting this property whenever we return to the area.

Summer house

Clean and confortable home in a pretty area. Refreshing pool next to living room. Outdoor shower. Wifi worked fine, but no TV channels. That was not important for us. No window screens to keep bugs out. Many fans available, but still felt hot during the heat wave. Large garage. Owner very responsive. Overall a nice stay.

Leider im Funkloch

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - genau wie auf den Fotos. Das Einzige, was uns wirklich gestört hat, war das fehlende Internet. Da im Inserat nichts von WLAN stand, haben wir damit gerechnet, dass es keines gibt. Aber auch über mobile Daten war kein Internet möglich. Man konnte keine WhatsApp verschicken oder empfangen. Auch mit dem Handy telefonieren war nicht möglich. Für uns war das eine große Einschränkung, da wir mit Verwandtschaft, die in einem anderen Haus in der Nähe wohnte kommunizieren und uns absprechen wollten. Die Kinder waren natürlich gar nicht erfreut, dass sie nicht mit ihren Freunden schreiben konnten.

Most beautiful house but no WiFi no airco

Beautiful Arabic style house unfortunately not indicated no WiFi and no airco which makers the experience less perfect also State of locks and Doors is poor and noisy pool and fridge but it was the most beautiful house we have been in

Une charmante maison dans un cadre exclusif

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l ensemble La maison est très agréable, une décoration soignée, une piscine parfaite avec les enfantsainsi qu un service compétent pourl entretien de la piscine.., attention par contre car forte chaleur et clim non présente ainsi que internet ce qui serait un + ! Cependant les prestations sont de qualités. Des petites réparations sont a prévoir mais rien qui ne nous a pas permis de passer de bonnes vacances. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et adorable.

Maison magnifique, pratique, avec piscine et à proximité du centre et de la plage

Villa style riad très bien située, à 5min en voiture du centre ville et de la plage principale et 3min à pied de certains bars/cafés et restaurants. Il y a en plus un supermarché à moins de 10min à pied de la maison. La maison est très pratique et fonctionnelle pour une famille, on s’y sent extrêmement bien. La piscine est très agréable, sans vis à vis et la décoration est choisi avec goût!! Le patio permet de manger à l’ombre même sous forte chaleur. D’autre part, Les propriétaires Sonia et Frédéric sont charmants et arrangeants. Pour conclure, je recommande à 200% cette charmante et magnifique villa et reviendrai sans hésitation!

Très beau séjour , je recommande

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La villa est très confortable et très bien aménagée. La piscine peut paraître petite mais est très conviviale . Un seul bémol est qu’il fait très chaud dans les chambres malgré les ventilateurs qui sont bruyants donc pas facile pour dormir . Des ventilateurs au plafond serait parfait . Endroit très calme et à proximité de tout . Je recommande sans hésitation .

Séjour top et au calme

Très bonne situation de la location, tout à proximité! Situé dans un environnement au calme. Des vraies vacances reposantes et ensoleillées ! Seuls petits bémols,manque de connexion wifi (réseau pas terrible) et manque la climatisation dans les chambres malgré les ventilateurs. Les nuits sont chaudes! Mais à part ces petits détails, ce fut un super séjour et je recommande fortement cette location !

Amazing

This villa was wonderful. Fabulous throughout, clean and in the most perfect location. Just a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, beach and supermarket. There was really no need for a car. We were greeted and shown around the property and given information on the area. Really made us feel welcome. We shall be booking this villa again. Thank you !

We absolutely loved it.

We (my wife (40) our two children (10) & (13) stood at the house during the summer of 2017 and we absolutely loved it. It was great value for the money we paid. We wanted to stay close to town and amenities and this is exactly what we got. The house is not too big but big enough for even 6 people, just a perfect size for one family or two or three couples. The owners have made it into a real special place with Marrocan style and it was just idyllic. I only can recommend this property to anybody who is looking for a great holiday in Moraira. The place is clean, cosy and romantically. We´ve booked already our 2018 summer holiday and will book 2019 once we are there this summer :-). See you in Moraira. :-)

Détente totale assurée, Merveilleux!

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au sein de cette villa. Elle est idéalement située ce qui permet aux adolescents de se rendre dans le centre ville lorsqu'ils ont la bougeotte pendant que les parents se détendent au bord de la piscine... Elle est dans un quartier très calme. Elle est par ailleurs très bien aménagée et très bien équipée, avec une seconde cuisine dans le garage ce qui rend bien service. Bravo pour ces aménagements, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir!

Fabuleux séjour

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans votre villa. Celle ci est très bien équipée et proche des plages et commerces. La ville de Moraira est très jolie, beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques. Location à recommander.La piscine n'est pas très grande mais agréable et le garage très spacieux avec un frigo à l intérieur (pratique pour ranger les courses).
