Welcome to Emma's Cottage. A spacious two-story retreat cottage nestled in the pines and providing the perfect setting for a group of friends or family vacation to the mountains. Located in a quiet Sugarloaf neighborhood on the east side of town you are within a short walk to local hiking trails and a quick ten-minute car ride to town for activities.
Boasting all that you need for a memorable vacation in the mountains our adorable chalet is packed with entertainment and convenience right at your fingertips. Whip up your home cooked meals in the equipped kitchen and dining area complete with stainless appliances and cookware with a convenient modern hallway bathroom and laundry area quickly accessible from here. Snuggle up and watch the snow falling as you warm your toes by the fire and pop on a movie on the flatscreen Streaming TV in the cozy living room. Upstairs a private bedroom and oversized landing area provides plenty of comfortable space when you are ready for a great night of rest plus offers a PlayStation gaming system and dartboard to keep you entertained.
Step outside where you are emersed in nature as you have a fully fenced and private backyard at your fingertips including life sized games like Jenga, Connect Four, and Cornhole- you'll be playing out here together all day. On the front side of the cabin, you can enjoy a spacious sun deck complete with patio furnishings, a fun firepit where you can unwind by the fire, and a propane BBQ so you can grill up your freshly caught dinner from the lake. Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
