Stayed at this rental for the third time now. Tyler is great to work with. Texts/questions are answered promptly. This house is close to UNCW, the beach, Mayfaire shopping and many restaurants. It is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We look forward to our next visit!

The house was very nice. There were lots of private spaces and also gathering spaces, so people could be on their own if needed, but still come together for a chat. On the map, it seemed very close to areas we needed to go, but because it was kind of buried in the neighborhood, it took longer than expected to get to places.

House was extremely clean, well-furnished and spacious. The highlight of the weekend was the backyard pool and sunroom.

Relaxing stay!

We were 3 adults and 2 children who very much enjoyed our stay here! Even though it was cold, the pool was a big hit! The house was very comfortable with lots of room to hang out. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for rest and relaxation

This property isn't on the beach, it's tucked inside a neighborhood cul de sac with a backyard salt water pool and was perfect for our graduation celebration and family vacation. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in Wilmington in 10-15 minutes. Carolina, Cure and Ft. Fisher were about 30 minutes. It was nice to come back to the house and not have the hubbub of beach traffic and vacationers. We would love to come again!

Bigger than it looks and close to everything!

The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the Riverwalk in Wilmington as well as the beaches. Close to tons of great restaurants and other activities. The house is much bigger than the pictures look and there was plenty of space for a family of 4. They could easily add another bedroom and have enough space for more people! We stayed during a heat wave and enjoyed the pool most days. They came out twice to clean the pool, but it does attract a lot of bugs floating around (can't do much about that). So, we had to some cleaning of our own. The house is very tastefully updated. We didn't have any issues and the host was very responsive and nice! Highly recommend if you are staying in the Wilmington area!

Wonderful house and location

We were in town for my sons graduation from UNCW and the home owner was so thoughtful to have a graduation gift for my son! The house was ideally located for everything on campus and Wrightsville beach, but still in a quiet location. The home was roomy, well kept and updated. The next time we are in town we certainly plan to stay here again. So much better than a hotel.

Late summer getaway

My spouse and I stayed for a week. It was our first time in Wilmington. The property location was perfect for us. The pool was very private and it was close to go to the beaches and great restaurants. There were a couple of bugs in the house (but that is what to expect in the south). The pool is older but very private and we loved that it was salt water. Overall we enjoyed our time.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay as a family travelling with a toddler. The house was clean and the mattress in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I've slept on in a rental property. We loved that it was all one level for our little one to run around without worry. There were also a ton of books for the little one to read! We had a minor problem with the pool upon check in but the host was incredibly responsive and had someone out same day to help us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend this home!

We found a dirty diaper in one of the bedrooms behind the curtain. There was candy wrapper’s in the closet bedroom with the two single beds. There were live and dead roaches in closets, under beds, in the shower and hallway. Could not get the TV to work for local channels, and when I requested help I did not get a response.There was adequate room for my family, the Kitchen and appliances worked out well. We would not stay in the future do to the roaches running around. Tyler was sending pest control, however they did not come and this should have never happened in the first place if you are renting the house. I lived in Leland NC for 11 years and did not have an issue, I had pest control on a annual basis.
