Baseball Trip

We had a wonderful time staying in Sandusky for our son’s baseball tournament. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, Cedar Point and fireworks right outside the window! Staying on the water made it feel more like a vacation than a sports trip! We hope to be back next summer!

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

This was a great short get away with the family. The accommodations were exactly what we wanted. While there was plenty of venues around to eat at the full kitchen and community grills served as our main function for meals. It was amazingly quiet at night, even with being across from the Jackson St Pier. Being right there on the water was great, and a everything was close for you to enjoy. This is a very secure facility, make sure you have codes and key fob when you head out. I would definitely stay here again. Communication and issue resolve with the host were done in a very timely fashion. Was a great and relaxing time.

Awesome Location

We rented this place for Ironman Sandusky and it was the perfect location for the event, close to restaurants. Outstanding Views of the Lake. Nice and comfortable rental. Very clean and relaxing.

Great Location

We loved how close the property was to restaurants and the Jet Express. We could walk to both and we loved the pool. The elevator was also an added bonus to getting our wagon of stuff inside.

The view of the property to look at Lake Erie was beautiful. You can also see Cedar Point which is awesome. We would stay there again.

Not clean, terrible management!!

1. Upon checking in we had to clean spider webs from many areas of the unit. 2. We tried running the vacuum, it blew stuff everywhere and it smelled like it was burning. 3. The screen door on the balcony does not close or latch properly. 4. The tub is moldy and does not drain, so when you're taking a shower you are standing in dirty water. 5. There are light fixtures missing bulbs that make it hard to see in the bathroom. 6. There is no hair dryer as advertised. 7. There were only two washcloths and no hand towels in the bathroom when we made a reservation for 6. 8. The stench of curry being used in the complex is overwhelming to say the least. 9. The pepper grinder in the kitchen is out of pepper, advertised as having. 10. My son found a tongue ring laying on the living room floor. 11. The futon was sticky with soda and crumbs 12. The kitchen sink drain was leaking out under the cabinet. 13. There were no trash bags When we addressed all of these things with the host, they did come 12 hours later to bring a few things but were unable to meet with the plumber to fix the drains. We spent several hours of our vacation trying to fix these issues. We left a day early to take a decent shower and they refuse to refund our money from that night! It’s unbelievable we had to deal with all of this in the first place. We will never stay with the “Evolve group”. Hopefully VRBO will stand behind us. We are still trying to work through it.

Wonderful Time in Sandusky

This condo was perfect for our stay in Sandusky. We are a family of 4. The condo was spacious enough for all of us. The architecture of building was unique, we loved it. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. For you coffee drinkers there was a keurig. The balcony overlooked the Sandusky Bay and the Jackson Street Pier. Great for people watching. We were a short walk to the Jet Express. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. Overall, A+ experience.
