This apartment is situated within a beautiful community called The Kensington At Riggins Run that just opened in early 2023. We have a contract with them allowing us to operate this apartment as a furnished rental. The community is modern, clean, and upscale. It's located in a quiet part of the Dublin/Hilliard area; one of the most desirable suburbs of Columbus. You'll love being just a few minutes from all the shopping and dining options of Bridge Park and all the other attractions of this area. Commuting from here to any other part of Columbus is easy thanks to our proximity to the I-270 outer belt.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including your code for the apartment door keypad (we change the code for every guest). Arriving at the apartment is easy. Your GPS should take you straight to it. When you arrive, you can park in any of the open spots directly along our building. There always seems to be ample parking available. Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.
Open your door and enter into a beautiful open-concept living area with lots of windows and natural light. In front of you is a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area with plenty of seating. Off the kitchen is a small laundry room with washer/dryer. The patio can be accessed via sliding glass doors off the living room and features two comfortable patio chairs and a small table. The master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway (to your left when you enter the apartment) and features a nice walk-in closet as well. The second full bathroom is down the hall before you reach the second bedroom.
This apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so please note that no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere…including our private patio, building breezeways, parking lots, etc.
You're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs or cats. Max weight = 25 lbs. No commonly-restricted breeds please. A copy of a recent vet records will be required for dogs, as well as an additional $10/night pet fee for any pets.
Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!

The property where I stayed was excellent for my needs! It was spacious, airy, and well-decorated. It was really easy to access from the interstates, and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.

The Kensington
This was my second time staying at an Epicurean property. The unit was nicely furnished, very comfortable, and well located. On the rare occasion I need something it was always taken care of in a timely manner. They are a great group to work with and I highly recommend them!
