This beautiful oceanside home has been newly renovated and is the perfect vacation spot for a small family gathering or romantic getaway. Located in Kill Devil Hills, this home offers comfortable furnishings, beautiful decor, and modern technology for your families enjoyment. Just a short walking distance from the beach, you will appreciate the convenience of accessing the beach and spending your days basking in the sun. After a long day, you won't have to worry about cooking up a hot meal. Chili Peppers Restaurant is located just steps from the property offering dining and late night options! Or you can sip cocktails on the deck or in the hammock, while listening to some jams and cooking dinner.

Come vacation with us for short stays or extended stays! Week days are an opportune time to visit the Outer Banks and avoid the weekend traffic.

The Cottonwood was a very comfortable home - it was clean and uncluttered and had everything we needed for our short stay. When it says short walk, it does not exaggerate - you can see the beach access from the house. The restaurant across the street was not an issue at all. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have had a broom to sweep up each day.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was close to the beach. I wish the house will have washing mashing and iron. Thank you !!! My family and I enjoyed our vocation and service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very quaint and cozy property. When we first walked in it smelled clean and wonderful. Perfectly sized for our family with great upgraded amenities. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, matter of fact there is a restaurant literally across the street. Even though the restaurant was close, we never had any issues with noise levels nor rowdiness from it.Only negatives we had were that the sprinklers were on around 5pm when we arrived and daily, which meant that the area was wet and we weren't able to use the wonderful hammock during that time. There also weren't really any comfortable seating on the upstairs deck. There is a huge picnic table which is too big for the area and not very comfortable to sit at while trying to enjoy the wonderful and huge deck space.
