Sounds Good est une maison de 3 chambres à Kill Devil Hills et est l'endroit idéal pour toutes les aventures OBX. Un magnifique 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain, maison de plage située à proximité de nombreux magasins et restaurants, cette propriété de vacances dispose d'un mobilier confortable, d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et d'une décoration classique et moderne.

La grande chambre dispose d'un canapé en cuir foncé, d'une causeuse et d'une chaise avec un pouf. Un coin lecture à l'avant du niveau supérieur complète cet espace. La belle table à manger en bois peut accueillir 6 personnes. La cuisine élégante comprend de belles armoires en bois sombre et des appareils en acier inoxydable.

Détendez-vous dans la suite parentale avec éclairage d'accentuation, télévision à écran plat et accès au balcon. La deuxième chambre dispose également d'un lit queen-size avec accès au balcon, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains commune dans le couloir partagée avec la troisième chambre. La troisième chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une télévision à écran plat. Vous trouverez également le lave-linge et le sèche-linge à l'intérieur d'un placard à ce premier niveau.

Very clean house. Stayed during storm so didn’t have a chance to enjoy as much as we would have if weather was better. Wish the 4 remotes were identified toook us a while to figure out how to use the tv in family room. Overall good and would rent sgain

Great Beach House!

This house was great! Very clean. Check in was easy. Close to many public beach parking places, restaurants and plenty of shopping. Easy to see the sunrise in the morning and within walking distance to catch the sunset! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again I would definitely recommend this place!!

Great place nice location!

The home is well accommodated and very very clean. Location was close to the sound and the beach. Restaurants were close by as were some extras like mini golf and arcade. Kees leaves you towels, soap, one load of detergent. Highly recommend this place if you just want to get away and relax.

Perfect location, quiet street. House has everything you need. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thank you I look forward to coming back to Sounds Good next year! Only thing that needs fixing is dryer it takes longer to dry but everything else was perfect.

Beautiful home at great location!! Very clean! Only problem was the clothes dryer took forever to dry our towels. It would take 3 cycles to dry 1 load. This was our first time at the Outer Banks and we loved it!!

Our stay was AWESOME. House was clean, a fresh of clean air (the place we originally booked was horrible in every way possible). We were up all night looking for a place to stay and came across Sounds Good. We all loved it and would definitely stay again. We bought some pails and shovels for the beach and left them in the outside shower area for the next family. Basically, we loved the house and the area and would rent again.

Good time

Everything was great. The jets in the tub need cleaned . There is mold in them so we did not use it. Also could ave used a skillet big enough to cook for 5 to 6 people. Bought another and cooked in shifts. Other than that it was great.

Great house

We had a good time. Until we noticed the refrigerator was not working correctly. We had to throw out our food. We did report it and someone came out to take a look. He confirmed it was not working. Just hate wasting money on throwing out all our food.

No the best place could be alot better

I ask for a buzzing sound be fix coming from the vent underneath the couch. I had some friends that were sleeping on one of the sofa and the noise kept them up. There were no trash bag, dish washer soup, the tub was dirty, the tub water was backing up so you felt like you were in a spa(clogged).

And we do apologize about the tub had we been made aware of this we would of sent housekeeping out to do a reclean of the property for you. Again we apologize for these inconveniences.

First family vacation

Overall our stay was ok. Check-in process was easy and fairly decent location. However, upon arrival there were several things that were not clean or working as well as they should. We had bags of trash/dirty laundry on in front of the door, the second full baths shower did not drain properly, and there was blood on one of the pillows in the master. When I tried to call or text it was after hours and then it took two days for a response and when someone did show up, they did not call before hand like I was told they would, nor did she fix the shower.

Great house and location despite Hurricane damage

This house was perfect for our needs. Very accommodating, in a great location and great neighborhood. The ONLY negative experience we had is the fact that upon arrival the entire left side of the house had hurricane damage from over a month ago that had not been repaired. This didn’t create any issues as long as the wind wasn’t blowing, but on our 2nd night we awoke to very loud banging on side of house that 2 bedrooms were on which was some of the damaged siding hitting the wall. Not sure if these repairs are the responsibility of the owners or the property management company, but once this is fixed I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommended even w/sm issues

At first sight, the property was impressive! There were 3 of us (ages 19-52), so space was not an issue. Definitely recommended for families!!Prior to arriving, I reached out to property as I hadn't received any codes. It seems I had forgotten to sign a rental agreement back in April. Yet, after checking my email boxes, I hadn't appeared to receive a reminder on that as the date closed in, so I was concerned that I got charged but no reminders on this agreement. Thankfully, I had initiated contact and got that cleared up.As we stayed longer at the property, cleanliness was overall very good, except for: overhead fans and blwere dusty, cobwebs on lower entance door (I hadn't reached out to property to rectify as most was unnoticed until 2nd to last day). This was our 6th house to rent from all over the country, so there were some things we expected without it written as provisions.There was no dishwasher soap/pod yet washer was expected to be run. There was liquid dish soap with a provided sponge so we could do the dishes. 1 trash bag was provided, which was tricky for a week's stay. With only a single set of towels/person for the week, our choice to wash them midweek, so we had to buy laundry soap.No paper towels or tissues. Hotels provide tissues at least, so we had to buy those too.No menus or lists or local eateries/delivery services.Only 1 spoon in the drawer (teaspoon).These may be dumb things and easily rectified on our part. I would still recommend this house.
