This one-bedroom condo has been recently renovated in June 2022.
New walk-in tiled shower.
All new cabinets, quartz countertops, a beautiful white wave pattern tile backsplash, and a large quartz top island.

The view is amazing!!!

The view is amazing!!! The bed was comfortable, we had plenty of hot water. Check in was a little different than a typical Venmo stay, you have to stop at a rental office beforehand to check in, after that you have to check in with the office at the rental property as well. The silverware and coffee pot are all have rust on them, I think I found 1 knife without rust, just fyi. The unit was cleaned and smelt amazing. The walls in the unit are very thin, you can hear your neighbors, I recommend bringing a sound machine to drown out the noise, you hear every door open and close, etc. the property itself is older but you can tell the unit itself was recently updated and beautiful

Great Condo

The condo was exactly like the pictures. The housekeeping was perfect. The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for my son and me. The only downside was the Inverness elevators. The whole time I was there one of them was down and the day of checkout they were both out of order.

Getaway location

Had some confusion and uncomfortable experience during the booking process. Booked through Verbo account but ended up renting from "Padre Island Rentals". Condo was great. Nice and clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf, but only rated 4 stars on cleanliness since I encountered 2 large cockroaches during stay. Rated 2 stars on Accuracy of Listing since i was not informed that construction of a pier was being done next to this condo. Noise was not conducive to a "quiet getaway" i was hoping for and a pile driver just yards from the balcony marred the north view. I want to point out that prior to reserving condo, i sent an inquiry asking if any work was being done in the vicinity and i never received a response. Ive rented condos at Inverness before and this was my first "less-than-perfect " stay.

Construction Noise and Debris

While we enjoyed our stay and the condo was nice, I do believe there should have been a disclaimer regarding the construction that was going on at the building. The condo is located at the north end of the building and that is where the construction was going on. It would have been good to know that there would be scaffolding and construction occurring on the outside wall and window of our unit. One reason we picked this condo is because we really liked the large balcony. We were actually unable to use half of the balcony because of debris and screws falling onto it from the construction. There was also debris all over the north stairs. This wouldn’t have been a big deal except that one of the elevators was out of order while we were there and the other elevator was marked out of order for multiple hours 2 days in a row. So the debris covered stairs were the option unless we walked to the other end of the building. The towel/linen exchange was over a mile away, open from 11am to 3pm, taking us away from prime beach time. Had we known we probably would have stayed elsewhere. It seemed more like a hotel than a VRBO. Again, room was nice, just should let people know of the mess on the outside. Have pics, but no way to attach.
