This four bedroom, three bathroom home is situated between Downtown Miami and Coral Gables, brand new and freshly designed, the perfect home base for visiting Miami! The home also extends a private & heated pool (Extra $ for heating).

Welcome to our modern and stylish vacation rental - Serenity! This beautiful white home greets you with a sleek and contemporary exterior, complete with a driveway that can accommodate one vehicle. As you ascend the steps leading to the main entrance, get ready to experience a truly memorable stay.

Upon entering, you'll be immediately captivated by the inviting family room. Sink into the comfort of the white sofa adorned with an array of plush throw pillows, accompanied by two elegant accent chairs. This cozy space is perfect for unwinding with a good book or simply enjoying some peaceful moments.

At the heart of the home, you'll discover a modern kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances that cater to all your culinary needs. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room table comfortably accommodates six people, offering the ideal setting for shared meals and delightful conversations. Across from the kitchen, a convenient closet houses the Samsung large capacity washer and dryer, ensuring your laundry needs are easily taken care of.

As you explore further, you'll reach the spacious living room located at the end of the home. Here, a comfortable sectional sofa and TV await you. The sliding glass doors in the living room seamlessly connect the interior space to the pool and patio area outside, granting you effortless access to leisure and relaxation.

The master bedroom awaits you adjacent to the living room, offering a tranquil retreat. Immerse yourself in the comfort of the king-sized bed and take advantage of the full-length mirror, TV, walk-in closet, and dresser. The ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity sink and a luxurious shower, ensuring a pampering experience.

Located in the hallway, the second bedroom welcomes you with a queen-sized bed, dresser, TV, and two closets. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and a closet.

Conveniently situated between the second and third bedrooms, the hallway full bathroom presents a stylish vanity and a frameless shower, offering convenience and functionality.

On the other side of the home, you'll find the fourth and final bedroom, which offers a queen-sized bed, full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and shower. This private retreat ensures maximum comfort and privacy.

Step out into the backyard through the sliding glass doors in the living room, where you'll discover a fenced-in oasis. The inviting pool beckons you to take a refreshing dip, while two comfortable lounge chairs under a sunbrella invite you to bask in the sun. The backyard features a convenient grill - perfect for family barbecues! The pool area is covered with astroturf, adding a touch of greenery.

Neighborhood Overview

This home is located in between Coral Gables and Downtown Miami, which means its only a short drive away from all of Miami's top attractions! Escape the chaos in a quiet neighborhood without losing the benefits of being close to all the action. This home is also only 15 minutes away from the airport!

Head to Coral Gables (only a 10-minute drive!) for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more. Check out Caja Caliente for delicious and unique Cuban tacos, or come for brunch and try the guava pancakes. MKT Kitchen is another option if you're looking for more deli-style food: pastries, sandwiches, and family meals. If you want to spend the day in Coral Gables, make sure to check out the Shops at Merrick Park for sophisticated and high-end shopping.

Only 5 minutes away is Calle Ocho in Little Havana, a thriving and lively cultural scene with bright murals, delicious and authentic Latin food, and Latin American art galleries.

This home is also only 20 minutes away from the iconic South Pointe Beach, a beach at the southern tip of Miami Beach. Snap a few pictures of the gorgeous panoramic views and take in all the sights: the shoreline, the palm trees, and PortMiami's cruise ships. You'll also be less than half an hour away from South Beach, one of the top Miami attractions. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun, then spend the night on Lincoln Road!

As for other Miami destinations, this home is only 10 minute drive to Brickell and Coconut Grove. Stop by Brickell, Miami's financial district, for new and trendy restaurants and bars. Coconut Grove is a very different feel: eclectic, historical, "fun and funky". If you're in the area, Vizcaya Gardens is a beautiful and memorable spot to check out.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own
- Any/all outdoor umbrella(s) must be placed in the closed position when not in use, and at the time of check-out. This must be done in order to prevent breakage due to weather conditions. Failure to comply will result in an additional charge.
- Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.

Quiet house in great Coral Gables location!

This house worked very well for our family of 5 over the Holiday. It is very close to great restaurants, walking distance to Starbucks and grocery store. Short drive to coconut grove area for even more shopping and eating. The house has a great kitchen space and eating area if you choose to cook at home instead. The heated pool was perfect for the kids everyday. The neighborhood is very quiet, family friendly and lots of dog walking.
