This charming, cozy beach cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1.75 bath and sleeps 6 (maximum allowed by City regulations). Bedrooms have full size (XL) beds with a full size sofa sleeper and futon in the living room. There's a 26-inch flat panel TV and DVD player, an iHome for listening to your iPod player, and a fully equipped kitchen for your enjoyment. This unit is clean, comfortable and has an inviting front porch where you can sit and watch the world go by.Free WiFi.No smoking. 322S | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Thanksgiving weekend with family

The property could have been really adorable had it been cleaner and updated. The walls were very dirty, needed paint, the bedding was old and worn out. The back bedroom lights didn’t work. The ceiling fans were very dirty.

Perfect location, terrible house

Perfectly situated five minutes from everything. Quiet and cozy perfect size for four people. Sadly, the house was extremely dirty. I did not believe previous reviews, stating that even the walls were dirty, but they were. Not only the walls the dishes as well. The towels are stained, the hairdryer didn’t work, the shower doors, and close. The main source of heat, which is a electric fireplace as well as the Wi-Fi and the TV are all plugged in a single outlet which keeps bursting the breakers every five minutes even if only the TV or the fireplace is on at the time. I had to call maintenance two times to configure it out, and after that I took it upon myself to reset the breakers but otherwise, I would still be waiting on maintenance. Not to say that the maintenance team was not good. They were actually extremely helpful, but the issues run deeper in this house. It’s old and it needs some serious maintenance. that’s really too bad because that would be a very cute little place for people to visit. even just a coat of paint on the walls would go a long way.

Walking distance to everything a great location. Everything you need. Cute little house. A little hot in the rooms but they supply tons of fans. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay again

Great Place to stay

The property was in ideal location. The home was small but had all we needed in a two bed - two bath place. Sitting in the front porch and people watch and enjoy the weather was one of our favorite things. Easy to book, check in and out.

House was ok, with exception of toilet plunger in bedroom closet, and just weeds in front parkway and porch which was dirty A little TLC is needed to make this all better It's s noisy street too if you're looking for quiet, pass this one by

Closets were packed with beach chairs, things thrown in haphazardly including a toilet plunger, yuck It could be so nice if it were cared for Tiny flower bed in front was full of weeds Just hosing off the front porch would be improvement Could be so nice if it had a little tlc
