Bienvenue dans notre maison récemment rénovée à West Kelowna, en Colombie-Britannique. Située dans un quartier paisible et serein, notre propriété est le choix idéal pour vos prochaines vacances. Profitez des vues magnifiques ainsi que de la lumière naturelle abondante dans notre maison chaleureuse. Vous disposerez de toute la maison pour votre famille et vos voyageurs !

Notre cuisine est équipée d’appareils électroménagers modernes et de tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Que vous souhaitiez préparer un repas complet ou simplement réchauffer des restes, notre cuisine dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour satisfaire vos envies culinaires. Nous pensons que disposer d’une cuisine bien équipée est un élément essentiel de tout séjour, et nous sommes ravis d’offrir cet équipement à nos hôtes. Barbecue, mixeur, machine à café, nouveaux sets de casseroles et poêles, bouilloires électriques, pour n’en citer que quelques-uns, sont tous à votre disposition.

Si la saison s’y prête, vous aurez accès à un magnifique verger regorgeant de raisins de cuve et de pêches, juste dans le jardin !

Informations sur le niveau inférieur :

En tant qu’hôtes de l’hébergement, vous réservez la maison entière. Aucun autre groupe ne réside dans la maison pendant votre séjour. Au bas de l’escalier, nous avons installé une porte verrouillée pour le rangement de nos effets personnels.

Nous avons également restreint l’accès au niveau inférieur, car celui-ci n’a pas encore été rénové. Nous espérons nous y atteler bientôt afin de pouvoir agrandir l’espace et accueillir davantage de voyageurs !

Caméras et dispositifs de sécurité

Pour la sécurité de notre propriété et, en fin de compte, de nos voyageurs, nous disposons de trois appareils enregistrant en continu, capables de capturer à la fois la vidéo et le son. La plupart du temps, ces appareils ne font pas l’objet d’une surveillance active, mais sont utilisés pour visionner les enregistrements uniquement lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire.

Tous les appareils sont installés à l’extérieur de l’hébergement. L’intérieur de la maison n’est surveillé par aucune caméra.

This property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and comfortable. One of the best supplied kitchens I have seen in a vacation rental. Well laid out. A bathroom for each bedroom. Beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area. Close to Shannon Lake with golf, shopping and stores and restaurants a short drive away. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax at home. The location is quiet, easily accessible from downtown Kelowna - making trips back and forth effortless, and the view is spectacular! Many morning coffees were had on the balcony. Communication was off the charts impeccable leading up to our stay and while we were there. Some of our group arrived earlier and had trouble with the door, and not only did Brian responded to us immediately but he had the group inside within seconds! It truly was the most amazing stay!

The house was average on the outside but as soon as you open the doors, it’s a shock as to how beautiful, modern & open the interior is! House is very clean and spacious, lots of small personal touches from the owners that made the stay convenient and homey, very easy to communicate back and forth with them also 😊 highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this property for 33 nights. We loved how close it was to all amenities, the location is great! The house is exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable and spacious and in a great neighbourhood. It was the most well stocked home we have ever rented and we have rented quite a few. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked with just about everything you could need. The lake views and surrounding area from the house are beautiful, and made for enjoyable meals out on the balcony. We had some family stay with us for 10 days and they loved how close it was to waterfront, wineries, hiking trails and restaurants. The host Brian is the best we have ever had in all our years of renting and even arranged for a mid-stay cleaning refresh. Brian's communication and attentiveness was off the charts, always quick to respond and very helpful. We had an amazing stay and could not recommend this property and Brian enough. Thank you very much Brian. 12/10
