Perfect location for watching launches from Cape Canaveral. Apartment was comfortable with plenty of space. Check in was easy.

Our family stayed in three separate units and they were all fabulous! Home away from Home except for ocean front, large heated pool, beach walks and GORGEOUS sun rises! We will be back again, we would HIGHLY recommend this location for a rememberable stay! Thank you all for helping us make it THE BEST!

Beautiful view

This unit overlooks the pool, and good view of the ocean. It's not an ocean front unit but, it is the next best thing. It has a nice deck. Unit is very clean, and the kitchen has all utensils. Very comfortable. Very clean area. A lot of houses close by, and all are well kept. Even the older houses. Beds are very comfortable. everyone enjoyed our stay!!!!

Good for beach access, but nothing else.

When we arrived the reserved parking was roped off. Apparently under renovation but no one worked on it at all the week we were there. Host did not tell us about this or that we would have to carry our luggage across the very large parking lot and around the building to get to our condo. The host did offer to let us park in another condos spot after the guest left. Our stay was mostly over by that time. The condo was clean but not maintained very well. The air conditioning did not work our entire stay. The building crew gave us a portable air conditioner that was extremely noisy and could barely cool one room of the four room condo. We had them put it in one of the bedrooms so it would be comfortable enough to sleep. The rest of the condo stayed above 75 degrees all week. The host offered no resolution. The screens were ripped out of the sliding door so we couldn't even open the place up without dealing with a ton of bugs. It was impossible to sleep past 8 am because that was when the construction crews working on the 1st floor started with the jack hammers and grinders. This continued until well after 4 pm.If you are looking for a place that is going to quiet, comfortable and convenient for your next vacation, look elsewhere.
