My husband and I use VRBO every year for our anniversary trip and this has been the best one yet! The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect. If I could have packed it up and brought it back to South Carolina I would have. The property owner was very responsive and our comfort was his priority.We WILL be back!

Very nicely appointed duplex. One small garage, which you can park in, which was really nice. Had pretty much everything we needed to be very comfortable and we each had our own bathroom . A little far away from some things, but not a bad drive at all. There is plenty to do between Prescott Valley and Prescott. Great shopping, overall we enjoyed ourselves very much.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this rental property. The owner was very friendly and showed me how everything worked and was available via text any time I had a question.

The property was super cute and very clean. It has a great backyard setup with an outdoor couch, gas fire pit, and jacuzzi. We spent every night out there. It was a bonus and added to our trip! I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful 6-week stay at this property! The location is absolutely fantastic—perfect for exploring the surrounding attractions like Sedona, Page, the Grand Canyon, and Phoenix, all within a day trip. Plus, there are plenty of hiking trails nearby, which we enjoyed almost every day. The house itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. While not perfect, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and assist with the questions or concerns, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a well-located and comfortable place to explore the area.

Host was reachable and very nice. This place is right off the 89 - a loop into and out of Prescott Valley and Prescott. So, very convenient. Loved it. Very clean and modern. Very large TV in living room and master bedroom. A big thumbs up.

Not a good experience for first time VRBO.

We were not given the code. We had to knock on the door of owner to get the code.There was no garage door opener.The back yard with hottub was full of weeds. It did not look like photo.There were earwigs in the unit.The beds were comfortable.The wine the host left was good.The hot/cold taps in the bathroom were installed incorrectly.The bathtub shower knobs were hard to operate.

Hi there, we’re sorry your first VRBO experience didn’t quite hit the mark. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share a few quick notes:-Entry is managed with a wireless Schlage lock using a code provided in the check-in instructions—sorry for any confusion at arrival.-The garage door opener had stopped working but has since been repaired.-The backyard has been cleaned up and refreshed so it better reflects the listing photos.-The hot/cold tap issue has been corrected, and pest control steps have been taken to address seasonal bugs.Thanks again for sharing your experience—we’re always working to improve and are confident future guests will have a great stay!

OK Stay, good Host, but a few issues

Our stay was reasonably good in some ways. Our host reached out and communicated well with us. He worked with us to resolve comfort issues and generally was a good host. Having him next door was very helpful, but not intrusive. The place was reasonably clean, the beds comfortable and sofas great. The main issues we had were, a residue tobacco smoke smell strong enough to stick to our clothes after a 5 day stay, old funky bath/shower faucet controls that my wife and daughter couldn't figure out on their own, a primary bath sink faucet with hot on the right, and ceiling fans, even after our host corrected the direction to have them blow down, that generated very little air flow. The A/C worked well for the main area but was weak into the bedrooms. The Nest thermostat was just like I have at home but is still challenging to get it to stay at the temperature we wanted without the host putting a schedule in place for us, which he did. A little plumbing work on the bathroom water controls, remediation of the tobacco smell, and a clear visitors handbook on how to manage the Nest and use other features of the property would make this an even better place to stay.

Has potential to be great

On the surface, great house. Everything was clean and neat. Property manager did a great job communicating. We had a few things that frustrated us about the home. 1, thermostat we could not figure out how to use until our last night. The house's temp was set to a range that we did not find comfortable, especially at night. Also, when the AC did kick on the fan sounded like it had issues and woke us up. 2, the kitchen was a little sparce for our liking. We enjoy cooking when we are away and found the kitchen lacking. Highly recommend creating a info binder for guests with instructions and rounding out the essentials in the kitchen. With these adjustments we would definitely stay again.

Lovely place!

This place was beautiful and comfortable! The host made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. The furniture and decorating were beautiful. The kitchen had a nice variety of dishes, pots and pans, as well as all the utensils one could want. They even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the frig when we arrived! We contacted the host about a small issue and he responded immediately and the item fixed promptly. We stayed 11 days and were very happy the whole time! I highly recommend this host and home. It is a duplex or condo-type home. It was perfect for our needs!
