Southwestern Charm at Espadin LoHi - Your Denver Retreat
Guests call this a “super cozy space with everything needed to feel at home” — ideal for extended stays, business travel, or Denver getaways. Many guests book for 1-2 weeks and appreciate the quiet, safe neighborhood with walkability to restaurants, pubs, and shops.
THE SPACE:
Studio layout with floor-to-ceiling windows and a shady private deck. Kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, in-unit washer/dryer, and WiFi. Clean and well-equipped for 2 guests.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.
PARKING:
Free street parking — this unit does not have a garage spot.

I loved the location and the place was perfect for a business travel and who's first time was in Denver. I only ask that they upgrade the pillows, it was hard to sleep with low quality pillows. However, other than that was a great experience.

Uncomfy bed

The bed was very uncomfortable. It seemed worn and needed to be replaced. You would roll into the dip in the center of the bed which had no support. Also the water filter needed to be changed. I will stay again, but choose a different unit. Thanks

Good Location and Aminities

Close enough to walk to downtown attractions and Rockies games. Walking distance to food, bars, and some museums. The room itself was fantastic with provided linens, kitchen wares, and washer/dryer. I was on the second floor which has a partially obstructed view of downtown but at least had a patio. Was pet friendly. ****No designated parking Park on the street side required. Watch for signs that indicate which days you cannot park. I parked on 27th by the hotel which has plenty of parking on the street. There is a loading zone for the building so that you can load and unload at the building before you have to park
