Welcome to Pineapple Way, Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, your perfect Florida getaway! This recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home offers a delightful canal-front setting with gorgeous water views.

One of the highlights of this property is its direct access to the Gulf by boat! For those who love to explore by water, a nearby boat launch at Marin Park provides access to the canal that leads directly to the home's private dock and out to the Gulf.

Inside, you'll find a bright and airy open-concept living space. The living room features a large, comfortable couch and two additional day chairs, ideal for relaxing. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stunning quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient eat-at-bar with seating for two.

The master bedroom provides a tranquil retreat with a king-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. The master bathroom includes an updated vanity and a spacious shower/tub combo. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and ample space for your belongings. The second bathroom features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Step outside to your own private paradise! The large pool overlooks the beautiful canal, offering a wonderful space to soak up the Florida sunshine. Outdoor seating for four is provided. A dock is available, inviting you to cast a line and enjoy fishing right from your backyard.

Beyond the home, you'll find yourself conveniently located for exploring the best of the area. Take a trip to Downtown North Port and visit the historic Blind Pass Beach, renowned for its stunning, unobstructed beachfront. You can also explore the area's amazing trails, or enjoy kayaking or canoeing through the scenic Mangrove Forest.

Family Visit

Convenient location with great activities for all. This house was perfect for our visit to help out and support our family. We enjoyed the game room and game shelf which we happily added a puzzle to it. Clean and had everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed at this house two years ago and I enjoyed our stay so much that when I returned to Florida this year for a family visit I made sure that I stayed here again. The location is central to all of my Florida family members and the pool is a favorite for me. I had a few questions concerning the property and my communications with the property manager were prompt and resolved immediately.

Amazing place!

It was beautiful and peaceful! My sister and i enjoyed every minute of our stay. We fished so much off the dock and caught and saw so many things in the water. So happy we spent the money to rent this spot.

Great place

This is the second time that we used this property and absolutely loved it. The only complaint was that the heated pool was pretty chilly. I enjoyed the dock and all of the entertainment options.

Great location

Property was great for family. Game room was a plus. Pool was a bit cloudy when arrived but property manager was quick to have it under control next morning. Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back in future.

We came to town to help family during a difficult time. The house provided us a perfect place in the same town as family so that we could be supportive and close by. We enjoyed our grandchildren and helped our daughter. The games at the house we awesome and we even added to the game shelf.

Perfect FL family vacation home

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for family of 5. The game room and pool were a hit with everyone. I personally loved watching all of the wildlife in the canal out back! The neighborhood was quiet and location was perfect. The only problem I had was that there's a small gap at one of the side gates where my small dog did get out at. Thankfully we caught her, but if you have small dogs then be aware of that. I would definitely recommend staying here! I will be booking again in the future!

I will definitely be booking this location again. My sister and I came down to Florida and we went fishing in the Salt water lakefront that was at the rental off the dock. We saw turtles, manatees, crabs, 1 small alligator that did no harm and just chilled. We caught so many cat fish and red drum. It was beautiful. The pool was nice to jump into in the morning as well. The inside was nice and clean but we spent alot of our time out back. Great location!!!

Property was listed as heated pool. Which was extra. We were ok with that. Tried very hard to communicate with Vrbo… We had very bad communication and we never got the pool heated. 11 days no heated pool. Very angry with Vrbo.

Beautiful canal view

The house was what we needed for this trip. The area is close to shopping and restaurants. And the canal is beautiful with wildlife to watch. The pool was big with a deep end. And the game room was fun too. We were disappointed with the lack of outside sitting options. There are only 2 metal chairs setup outside for the whole family. So if you like to eat outside or sit by the pool I recommend bringing some folding chairs with you and some bug spray for nighttime.

Over-Priced, Over-Promised and Under Delivered.

The Property management team was aware the fridge in this house did not work and they knew prior to our arrival. The property owner did not mention the broken fridge. If we would have known, we could have avoided shopping or we could have brought a cooler. The property manager delivered a small fridge 3cuft, the night before our departure. There were lots of cleaning details missed and the canal had a layer of oil on top and a black sludge on the bottom, it looked to be toxic. I feel the property was overpriced even if all the details were fixed. No response from property managers about the issues brought up here. Low end pooltable and game system.

Perfect FL family vacation home

This property had all of the amenities I was looking for. The kids loved the pool and game room. There were also many extra things that I was pleasantly surprised to see like beach chairs and umbrellas, a dog bed and dog bowl, as well as toys for small children to play with! I really loved watching all of the different wildlife in the canal (safely from my fenced in yard lol). The only issue with the one gate of the fence located on the side of the property is that if you have a small dog they may get out up under the gate like mine did. Luckily we were able to catch her, but definitely do not leave small dogs unattended! The only other negative thing I have to say is that the neighbor on the other side of the canal (located on a different street), unfortunately had an offensive sign in his back yard facing the canal. Thankfully there was no altercation, just something to keep in mind. Other than this the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! All in all I loved this location more than I can express! Great location, price, space, great communication from day 1, and would definitely book again! Thank you so much!
