You will be staying in an area that offers a combination of natural beauty and recreational opportunities.

As you walk through your private level entrance, you enter the gathering space, which includes a full kitchen and dining room. To the right, you enter the BX suite, which has a queen bed with a fully private bathroom and full laundry. To the left, you will find the Star suite with a queen size bed, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a tub. This bathroom is also accessible from the entertainment room where a full queen size hide-a-bed can accommodate extra guests. This room is equipped for relaxation and entertainment, making it a great place to kick back and relax. This home features bay windows and a large outdoor patio area where you can enjoy the picturesque lake views, a wide variety of birds including hawks and eagles and beautiful nature all around you.

This private accommodation provides an excellent balance of functionality, comfort, and natural beauty. It features two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, and an entertainment room with a queen sized wall bed, it's suitable for various group sizes. Situated in a quiet and natural setting overlooking Swan Lake you are cocooned away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nearby Silver Star is only 27.5 km up the hill and YLW Kelowna Airport is 49 km away.

Clean, quiet and beautiful view. Hosts were friendly. Pictures were pretty much what you get, except they added a gazebo on the patio now as well, a bit more shade for those hot okanagan days.

Perfect place

This place has everything that you would need for your stay, we stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. View is even better than the pictures. You get that rural feeling yet only few minutes away from town. Would definitely stay again!

Keith and Christine's place is marvelous the layout is marvelous for two couples it gives you so much privacy the view is marvelous the provisions were marvelous the hospitality was marvelous the flower gardens were marvelous. I highly recommend booking this unit.

Ski holiday

Perfect location on the outskirts of Vernon with a nice view of the lake right off of our patio. This property is within easy access to Sovereign Lake and to the Silver Star Resort. We skied Alpine &/or Nordic on a daily basis and came home to our lovely accommodations at the end of the day. Our hosts shared their knowledge of snowshoeing in the area.

Perfection

Our group HIGHLY recommend this Vrbo stay. This was the ground level suite of the host's main house & studio. Having the Host so close was convenient for us. The house & area was very peaceful and quiet. The VIEW overlooking Swan Lake was awesome. The house was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Thank You Christine & Keith - you thought of everything!! We hope to stay again when visiting the Vernon area.

it was a clean and lovely suite with plenty of room for me and my 2 girls. the patio was nice to relax on with a morning tea and the 2 separate bathrooms was excellent. In suite laundry was nice to have even tho we did not use it. The property is clean and has a beautiful view.I would love to see a hot tub to go with that view ;)

A Little Surprised

We had no issues whatsoever dealing with the owners ahead of our arrival. We always got quick, informative and friendly responses and they were extremely accommodating. Locating the house is a bit tricky at first and the road into the property isn't the best. Perhaps we didn't read the description of the property correctly, so we were a little surprised by the close proximity of the owners. The accommodations are part of the home they live in so we could see them occasionally around the property, and could hear them above us, particularly on the day they had visitors. That being said, they were very careful not to disrupt us or make us feel like we were being "spied on." And any noise we heard was during day-time hours - not at night. The home itself is comfortable and spacious and has every amenity you may need. The kitchen is well stocked so it was perfect for us to prepare food to take to a family event we were attending. The views are stunning and the outdoor seating area provides a great place to sit and relax. Overall any negatives were far outweighed by the positives and the hosts were very gracious and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love sharing the beauty and charm of Vernon and area with our guests. It is a city with a small town feel and there are many amazing things to see and do.
If you love lakes and beaches we have those, if you like mountain top lakes we have those too. We have golf courses that are world class or just for fun, a Kur Spa-Sparkling Hill that is an original, and if you like to ski, snowboard or nordic ski we have Silver Star Mountain Resort 20 minutes up the hill.
Do you prefer arts and culture? There are art galleries, local artist studios, a jazz club, local musical happenings and concerts. If you prefer to check out wineries, cideries, breweries and our local spirits you will have lots of places to visit and libations to taste.
There is so much to see and do and we are happy to share information about it all with you in our welcome information when you arrive, or before if you request it.

Our neighborhood is rural and we love that we know each other. We enjoy getting together or just saying hi as we hike or walk in the area.

Ideally located, our property is just a few minutes from Vernon but it feels like you're out in the country. We are surrounded by nature and love looking over Swan Lake and seeing all the beauty around us. On any given day you can see hawks, eagles and ospreys soaring above or enjoy the songbirds nearby.
Staying here gives you backyard access to the Grey Canal Trail if you like to hike and we are just down the hill from Silver Star if you like to ski, snowboard or snowshoe.
