Nice place, perfect for our intergenerational travels to Charleston. We liked the central living room, the 2.5 bathrooms, the dining room table for meals and cards. Fenced in backyard for a pet.
The house was clean, but the grass was so long that we could not let our toddler grandchildren play outside in the yard. The garbage in the can outside was running over when we arrived. It would have been nice to have some extra paper towels and toilet paper. The location for us was perfect! It was far enough from downtown and still close to eating establishments and stores for supplies. The host answered our questions in a timely manner. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at this house.
This home was great for our weekend family trip. It was easily accessible and we liked the location in the neighborhood. The listing said it sleeps 8 and that towels would be provided. 8 bath towels were provided but only 5 washcloths (we checked bathroom cabinets, closets, and the laundry room). This was really the only negative of our experience. We would stay here again.
Overall the home was clean; however, there are some improvements that could be made. The soap dispenser are old or haven’t been cleaned as the tip of both were old and crusted. The front yard could use some love. The porch was unkept, the blind in the front window was torn and was not appealing as you come up to the home. We did get locked out on day but the communication with the host was prompt and we were given instructions on how to open the door. The home is older and they have made some renovations; however, the tub should be refinished as 3 of us almost slip and fall. The bed frames could be changed as the beds made noise every time we turned over. The ceiling fan in the twin bedroom was being held up with tape. If those things are corrected the home would get a higher rating from my family and I.

Great location, clean, modern
We enjoyed our stay in this well updated home. Highlights were, The beds were very comfortable, large fridge, fenced yard for kids and tiny dog gear location. It was very close to the Interstate which made it convenient to get to downtown and isle of palms 🌴 beach area. Great spot.

Super convenient
We had a wonderful time. Just a hop and a skip to the airport, not far from oldtown Charleston, and a quiet neighborhood. It served us well.
The house comfortably fit our group and had convenient access to the major interstates (making travel to attractions very easy). However, we found the mattresses to be incredibly firm, uncomfortable, and loud and the neighborhood/surrounding area was less than ideal, hence the deduction of 1 star.
Property is as listed. Great central location for Charleston. 15 minutes from the airport. 5 minutes from the Mall, Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, Sam's Club and Walmart!mall,MMall/.Dillards and Belks
The house was definitely what I expected. It was more affordable for a large group of people instead of trying to stay in a hotel. The home also allowed us to be more relaxed, cook and feel at home.Only one thing the screen door needs to be fixed as it was coming of the hinges.
We had a very good stay in this convenient location to beaches, downtown historic area and surrounding points. The property's recently-updated interior was very clean and the accommodations very adequate. The only thing we didn't find that we could have used was a toaster. That said, we were able to use the small upper oven, which worked out fine for as little as we needed a toaster.
Thanks for the smooth process and great stay!
