The Space:

The road turn off to get to Whispering Pines access road is located a few min south of Lakeside on Hwy 93.
The property access is the same road and the Legacy Bike Park which is located another mile or so beyond the Whispering Pines driveway.

The property is a wonderful forest get away - where you truly feel away form it all - to get that great Montana experience the property is off the beaten path which means there is a drive of about 15 min on a dirt road after you get off of the hwy 93, that in places is narrow, bumpy, and single lane back road to get to the private property and home. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the property access.

The Neighborhood:
Whispering Pines is located in a limited access forested area south of Lakeside, Montana, in the woods set off the beaten path and is a place to truly get away form it all.

Getting Around:
We recommend an suv or, awd/4wd. You will need a vehicle to get to and from the property as well as explore the area with ease. As a more rural area there are very few public transport and uber like options.

Cancellation Policy:
** Please Note, we have a more flexible Cancellation policy than we can select in Airbnb.
Here is it for your reference -
If a reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date the reservation IS FULLY REFUNDABLE.
** When booking through Airbnb that our 60 day cancellation policy is what we follow, so you just need to reach out and we will assist in you getting a full refund.

** If a reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date THEN the reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. 
On Property Cameras
Please Note, due to the remote location, for both the protection of our guests we host, and the property, we have a door camera, cameras in the garage, one on the far back side of the house away from the patio, so we can share the inside parking place with our guests. In addition, there are game cameras pointing away from the home we can inform guests of bear and wildlife in the area. There are no cameras in the house of course :) and are glad to host guests in this private location.

Property Damages:
Please Note, reservations booked through Airbnb are NOT charged a refundable damage deposit at the time of booking. Should there be guest damage, this will be documented and submitted to Airbnb. At that time Airbnb will verify the claim and has the ability to collect the monies to cover the damages.
