Step into Southbay by the Gulf 55 and begin your relaxing Destin vacation!

Townhome 55 offers a multi-level floor plan allowing late sleepers not to be bothered by early risers.

The townhome offers 2 bedrooms on the downstairs floor. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and adjacent Master bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower. The Master Bedroom also offers a private balcony to enjoy the beautiful lake view.

The Guest Bedroom offers Bunk beds consisting of a Double bed on the bottom and twin bed as the top bunk. There is an additional Twin bed in the guest room as well. This townhome can sleep 6 in ease.

The second level is accessed via stairs and features the living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large TV or the upstairs balcony lake view. The galley style kitchen has all full-sized appliances and cookware needed to cook a quick bite or a feast for 6. The dining table in the living room has seating to accommodate the whole family.

Southbay 55 offers a unique lake front experience while only being a short walk from the beach. Southbay is a quiet area along Highway 98 that offers 2 pools and tennis courts as well.

Peaceful

Right on the lake so waking up and going on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes. We will definitely book through the management company again.

Family Trip

The space was perfect for our family of four! Easy access to the beach, despite a short walk through the parking lot. Beach attendant was awesome for the included two chairs, umbrella that come with the rental. Friendly and helpful. The office staff was very responsive via text which was convenient. Grounds and unit were all well maintained. This unit was nice to have the lake view to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. Decorating was nice, beds comfortable. Kitchen could use a could extra pans, pitcher, etc but was otherwise just fine! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, groceries. Family agreed it is a place we could come back to! Thank you!
