Suite on the Hill.

Enjoy the greenery of Little Mountain and a 10 minute drive to some of the best beaches on the Sunshine Coast such as Moffat, Dicky, Caloundra, Bulcock and Golden Beach to enjoy the surf, restaurants and shopping.

We are a quick drive to an Aquatic Centre, gyms, running and walking paths, playgrounds, mountain bike trails plus Australia Zoo, Aussie World, Sea Life, Kawana Shops and Sunshine Plaza.

Your suite has a private entrance on the ground level of our house and includes two free parking spots.

Great stay and wonderful hospitality

We loved staying at this property, location is fantastic, area is lovely, the hosts were great and very accommodating especially with having a pet.

Great place awesome hosts

I can highly recommend A stay at the property. It had everything I needed to be comfortable and at peace. The hosts were both happy and vibrant people and very accommodating. Clean and affordable, We will be returning in the future

Granny flat adjoined to owners house

Overall it was just ok. The 2nd room was stuffy and had a back door with screen but no lock to a concrete area. No private garden. Wouldn’t sit outside as BBQ area overlooked their driveway. Cute dogs but noisy from owners living above and adjoining carport behind a locked door. Wouldn’t stay again. We kept blinds down for privacy. Single beds not comfortable. Need a front door screen.

Not so happy stay

Owner has three dogs that never stopped barking through the day. Was no area to let our puppy run around on and no gates to keep her in so we could not go out anywhere unless we had dog with us. Was only one arcon in lounge room no fans at all it was very hot in rooms. No reception to watch tv internet’s drops in and out no phone reception. We did not enjoy our stay at all . If you say dog friendly you should at least have grass area for them a gate and an area so they can at least go outside. The neighbour was yelling at your 3 dogs constantly to shut the f—-up. We had to put our dog on a lead every time she need to go to the toilet just as well she is a very well trained puppy .
