Beautifully quaint and newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage right on Lake Erie.

This cottage is located 15 minutes outside Dunnville, Ontario. The cottage features a private beach with a shallow walk out so it's perfect for families with young children. Lounge in the sun, play in the sand or take a swim, this cottage is the perfect getaway.

The cottage features:
1 bedroom with bunk bed (double bottom and single top)
Master (Queen bed) with plenty of space for a play pen if needed
Loft can sleep 2 older children easily and is accessible by ladder only

All rooms feature large windows allowing for beautiful natural light throughout the cottage

Kitchen is fully stocked with all basic essentials including, Keurig, pots, pans, toaster, etc...

BBQ on site

Gas fire pit

WIFI included

Sand toys, kayak, life jackets and water shoes provided for guest use

Note- water is supplied via cistern

This cottage was excellent. Located right on the beach, fully equipped in charming beach style, looked newly renovated, even had air conditioning! It was exactly as pictured and described. Our contact was very responsive and any minor problem was very rapidly addressed. We had a great time and highly recommend this cottage.

Beautiful cottage, great spot right on the lake and close to the beautiful community of Dunnville. Couldn't ask for better. Owner supplied everything including water shoes ! Lake breeze kept everything cool, didn't have to use the AC. Neighbors were friendly as well.

The property was just as it had been listed. It was right on the beach and very quiet. We were very happy with the layout and amenities of the property and felt it was a good value for the price.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway – Even Better Than the Pictures!We recently stayed at this cottage and were blown away—the photos in the ad truly didn’t do it justice! The cottage was spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with all the amenities we could have possibly needed—and more. It was the perfect blend of comfort and charm.The setting was peaceful and private, exactly what we were hoping for. The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the private beach was spectacular—a true hidden gem! It felt like our own little slice of paradise.The only small disappointment was that we weren’t allowed to have a fire during our stay. However, given how windy it was, we completely understood and appreciated the safety precautions in place.All in all, we highly recommend this property to any families looking for a quiet, relaxing escape in a stunning location. We’d love to come back!

Location was perfect, it was a nice clean cottage, place said sleeps 7 for months and then when we checked in they said it was for 6 but it wasn’t. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 with 3 young kids, but unfortunately won’t be able to book again since it changed to 6. They have security at both entrances and they show up early on check out day which kind of sucked for privacy but I get it.

Enjoyed our time at the beach

Photos of the property to not do justice. This is a hidden gem! Our family of 4 enjoyed every aspect of this property. We took advantage of the beach, the kitchen with all the amenities, the fun board games and the comfortable surroundings. It is a quiet area and great getaway from the touristy areas. If we have opportunity, we would stay again!

Family stay at Lake Erie

Great stay at this private beachfront property. The beach is great! Very shallow entry and perfect for a bit of wading, kayaking, or other water activities. The owner has provided water shoes as the shoreline and water is a bit rocky, but still comfortable. Cottage size is perfect for a small gathering. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and an 5 year old. We slept comfortably with the help of a double air mattress (provided by owner). Beds were clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean and totally functional. The shower head is a bit light on pressure, but totally fine for a wash up after some beach time. Linens and toiletries are provided by the owner, but we did bring our own so we didn’t waste anything. The kitchen is updated and we were mindful of the hot water from the sink. Without a dishwasher, the hot water was great to ensure we cleaned the dishes well! Pots and pans are suitable for quick heating and meals for small gatherings. The property itself is in a nice and quiet location, which we appreciated. Owner is very receptive to messages and helpful. Dunnville is the closest town if you need to pick up extra anything. We enjoyed lunch at Hippo’s in Lowbanks and a round of mini-golf at Highlands RV Park. Rock Point Provincial park is very close and offers some great hiking and a large fossil bed. Lots of fun for all kids (and adults) to see. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Wonderful cottage, beautiful views, very quiet, relaxing. We loved our stay. The cottage is very comfortable wilh everything you need. Close enough to Dunnville to take advantage of the restaurants and grocery stores. Just a suggestion for the owner: The shower stall is a little small; plenty of room in the washroom so a little larger one would be great. Definitely recommend it!
