Step outside to discover the breathtaking expanse of the biggest, prettiest beach you've ever seen, just moments from your doorstep. Covered parking, BBQ grills, *ELEVATED AND NEWLY REDONE* tennis court on the 2nd floor deck, and beach chair service add to the convenience and enjoyment of your stay. When you are ready to take a break from the sun relax in front of a 65in smart TV. Close proximity to a marina and a trolley stop to the town square make exploring the area a breeze. And with a well-stocked kitchen, you'll have everything you need for delicious family meals. Welcome to your ultimate beach getaway!

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicle. Coastal Vacation Properties manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay.

Beautiful Location

We loved our stay here at the Gullwing Resort. The beach was beautiful and it was great to come back to relax at the pool and room as needed, especially with a little one. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated us. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need.

Ft. Myers Beach Getaway

Clean, spacious and great location on white sand beach that is uncrowded and picturesque. Fully appointed kitchen and laundry. Great for a week or longer. Though there was rehab construction work of the building due to the last hurricane, it did not detract from our enjoying the property too much.

Great place!

This condo was beautiful! There is construction happening next door but it wasn’t a bother at all. The beach was gorgeous and my kids loved the pool. It was the ideal location for us between Bonita Springs and Fort Myers beach restaurants and shops. We went to the public beach in Fort Myers one day and very much preferred the one at the condo. We would love to stay here again!!

Return to Fort Meyers Beach

we had stayed at Gulling a few times prior to the hurricane. i remembered the small beach bars and restaurants. Apparently, those were blown into north Florida. Overall our stay was very nice. the Gullwing facility was very nice and met our needs. the only downside is the horrific traffic jams after noon daily when headed back into town.

Ft Myers

The condo was nice but construction everywhere (1/2025). They were working on our building as well as others all around us. I called in advance,and was told only minor construction on the front side. That’s was a lie. Also terrible traffic and limited restaurants. The place itself was nice and would recommend it once the work is completed. I hope Ft Myers gets back to the way it was. I hope this review helps!

February 2024 Annual Trip

We loved our unit we stayed at during our February trip to Fort Myers Beach. The unit had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the updated furniture to the unit as some units have original furniture that is quite uncomfortable. The beach is fabulous and having the onsite beach chair and umbrella stand directly in front of the unit at the beach was a great convenience. Traffic is still something they need to work on as it takes quite a bit of time to get to the Times Square area from the unit. There is still quite a bit of rebuilding going on and the building is in the process of being painted and upgrading with new windows and sliders. However, the pool is open for use. We will definitely be back next year!

The rooms were spacious with ample storage. The 3rd bedroom listed 2 twin beds. It's actually a queen with a day bed. My daughter brought a friend and they opted to sleep together which wasn't a big deal, but a note for those expecting 2 twin beds. The view of the ocean is limited, but we knew that and it was okay with us. The owners provide plenty of beach gear - like chairs, blankets, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc. The building is located right on the beach, so access is very easy. The pool area is a great place to hang out as well. I would recommend the cabanas at the beach. For 35/day, they were very relaxing. The condo itself is clean and very well maintained and the property management is very responsive, (although we only communicated on arrival and departure since we didn't need anything during our stay). Parking is convenient and we never had any challenges finding a spot. Our family utilized the bikes and tennis court and found them both to be easy to use and entertaining. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet beach location.

Great condo that is right on the beach with tons of amenities included like beach towels, beach toys, pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. They also had a few games for kids and adults in the condo. Very clean and the staff responded when there were a couple things that needed addressed in the condo.
