Ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk from the ski slopes—or hop on the free shuttle just steps away—the location offers effortless access to Peak 9 and all the best of Breckenridge. Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only a few blocks away, putting everything you need within easy reach.

The top floor is a serene master retreat featuring a king-size bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a private deck overlooking Peak 9. The luxurious en suite bathroom boasts granite countertops, double sinks, a large rain shower, and a jetted tub—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

The main floor offers an inviting open floor plan with beautifully furnished living, kitchen, and dining areas. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace or relax under a warm blanket while watching the flat-screen TV. Enjoy our extensive collection of movies, board games, and music for evenings in. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island/bar area ideal for gathering while cooking. The elegant dining room features a stunning antler chandelier and a round table seating six, plus two kitchen bars with additional seating for five.

Step out onto the expanded deck off the living room to soak in the fresh mountain air from your private hot tub—perfect for stargazing and relaxing with friends and family.

The lower level houses a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer, plus two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom includes a queen-size bed and private, updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom features a high-end queen-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for kids or adults, and shares a beautifully updated hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and granite countertops.

Enjoy access to our one-car garage, additional parking spot in the driveway and private entrance to the townhome. Perfectly situated across from Breckenridge’s free shuttle bus stop, you can either catch a ride to the ski lifts or take the short walk to the base of Peak 9. Walking to town for dinner or to shop on Main Street is an easy and convenient 10-minute walk. Snowshoeing, hiking and biking trails are easily accessible and plentiful. Whether you come in the winter to enjoy the world class skiing at Breckenridge or other nearby and easily accessible ski resorts; or, you visit during the summer for the fishing, hiking and biking, our townhome will be your perfect luxury escape.

The garage is smaller in size. A larger vehicle will need to be parked in the driveway.

Great End of Summer Vacation!!!

It provided all of the comforts of home and was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck during the cool evenings. The property location is very convenient to getting downtown as it's close to the free bus ride. I highly recommend this property!

The property was really lovely and was very well equipped and furnished. It was in a perfect location - just a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. Having the hot tub on the deck was a really nice feature.There were only 2 issues that were a little problematic - and this had nothing to do with how lovely the property was. It was just something I hadn’t noticed when I did my research to book the property.MULTI-LEVELS/STAIRS. there were LOTS of stairs - to get to the main living level; to get upstairs to the master suite; and to get downstairs. I hadn’t paid close enough attention to this layout when I made the reservation. We did get used to it: but it wouldn’t be a good option for someone with any kind of mobility issue.WINDOWS/SLIDING DOOR IN MASTER SUITE: we would have loved to be able to leave the windows open at night but the windows didn’t open. There wasn’t a screen on the sliding door so we couldn’t leave the door open. Having the ability to get fresh air at night would have been great.But all in all, the place was just great. We had to report an issue with the hot tub and the response from the property management company was prompt and efficient.We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family, and would consider staying there again.
