Kitchen and baths remodeled in 2016! Newly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft, sleeps 10. Great location, less than two blocks to the nearest restaurants, bars, and shopping, two blocks to the nearest grocery store, four blocks to the nearest ski lift. Not to mention that Carter Park is out the back door with a groomed sledding hill in the winter and sand volleyball, tennis and ball fields in the summer. There is also a trail head just out the back that links up to the Breckenridge mountain biking and hiking trial system. Ideal for families!

We have outfitted the condo with all new linens, bedding and furniture. A 50 inch HD TV is next to the gas fireplace surrounded by leather sofas where our guests can relax after a day on the slopes or the trails. The gourmet kitchen was remodeled summer of 2016 with granite, stainless appliances, and a double oven. It is well appointed with all that is needed for nearly any culinary endeavor and feeding a large group. Our dining area has a large table that can accommodate 10 place settings. There is also a breakfast bar as well. The unit is located on the West end of the building, affording spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range out of all three bedrooms. There are 2 master suites, each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. They also each have 40 inch flat screen TV's. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, it's a great place to sleep the kids! The loft has a 46 inch flat screen DVD and Nintendo Wii system. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa in the loft. Every sleeping area has black-out curtains and sound spa noisemakers to make the most of your sleeping experience.

The Atrium has underground parking for one vehicle, ski-locker storage and a large community hot tub. During the winter there is a ski area shuttle bus that stops in front of the building every 20 minutes and will take you to the Gondola or the Beaver Run base area. Our condo is on the top, 3rd floor with no elevator. It is not recommended for handicapped individuals. We prefer to rent to families and do not rent to large groups of students. Proof of age is required, must be older than 25 years. No more than 8 adults allowed to stay/sleep at any time.

We're a family of 5 from the Denver area. We love Summit County and all it has to offer! Our kids are learning to ski at Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. During the summer we bike the recreation trails and hike waterfalls and scenic peaks. There is something to enjoy every month of the year!

Why Angella King chose Northwest

We have another Summit County vacation rental property that we have self-managed since 2005 but needed more space for our growing family. We chose this property because of its great use of space with two master suites and plenty of room to entertain visitors. Most of all it was about location, location, location and views of the Ten mile range and ski area out of the bedroom windows. When we visit we walk everywhere with the kids: Carter Park, restaurants, art fairs, shopping, ice cream, and even to feed the fish at the Dredge! During the winter the groomed sledding hill at Carter Park is out the back door and skiing is a short walk or shuttle ride away.

What makes this condo unique

You can't beat the in-town location and access to skiing! If you want to walk it is only 3.5 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, but if you would rather, you can catch the Free Ride Shutte which stops outside the front door every 20 minutes. The Free Ride shuttle drops off at the Beaver Run base area or the Breckenridge gondola and transit center. The Gondola can be ridden for free, always fun for the kids or sight-seers! No cars are necessary for this centrally located condo.

Great Property

The place was great and looks just like the photos. You are two blocks from the Main Street area, and another block or so to the bottom of one of the lifts. I don't think anyone in our group bothered with the free shuttles, but there was a shuttle stop in front of the building. The building was very quiet, and we rarely encountered anyone else in the hot tub. The condo was stocked with spices, oils, sugar, etc from prior renters, so it might save some money to see what's there before grocery shopping. There are six thermostats throughout the condo, so everyone was comfortable.

Comfortable and well appointed place close to downtown Breck

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Furnishings were complete and up-to-date. The in-town location was great for catching shuttle to the mountain or walking down to Main Street for dinner. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property with absolutely everything you need. The owner pays total atention to the details that make the stay completely smooth and pleasent!!! The location is perfect if you want to sky with a bus stop right in front of the property that will drop you off directly at the Beaver Run Lift....It is also very close to Main street where all the restaurants are....

The owner is also very responsive and kind...

Excellent Stay!

Perfect location!! 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the village and Peak 9, two blocks from shopping and restaurants downtown. The condo had everything we needed to cook at home every night, including a crock pot! Bedrooms and Bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Great views from balcony and bedrooms. Our total group was 6 adults but had plenty of room for at least another 4+ comfortably. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for all the amenities in close proximity!

Very clean, roomy condo

We had a wonderful time at this Atrium condo. It was close to Main Street and the shuttle to the ski lifts was dependable and worked great. This condo was well managed, and had all sorts of wonderful details added, such as comfy throws for the family room and loft. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Totally enjoyed the condo!

The property was well equipped and supplied with kitchen equipment and essential cooking supplies, also there were plenty of games and activities supplied in the entertainment. Netflix was used nightly, it was greatly enjoyed.
