Kitchen and baths remodeled in 2017! Newly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft, sleeps 10. Great location, less than two blocks to the nearest restaurants, bars, and shopping, two blocks to the nearest grocery store, four blocks to the nearest ski lift. Not to mention that Carter Park is out the back door with a groomed sledding hill in the winter and sand volleyball, tennis and ball fields in the summer. There is also a trail head just out the back that links up to the Breckenridge mountain biking and hiking trial system. Ideal for families!

We have outfitted the condo with all new linens, bedding and furniture. A 50 inch HD TV is next to the gas fireplace surrounded by leather sofas where our guests can relax after a day on the slopes or the trails. The gourmet kitchen was remodeled summer of 2016 with granite, stainless appliances, and a double oven. It is well appointed with all that is needed for nearly any culinary endeavor and feeding a large group. Our dining area has a large table that can accommodate 10 place settings. There is also a breakfast bar as well. The unit is located on the West end of the building, affording spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range out of all three bedrooms. There are 2 master suites, each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. They also each have 40 inch flat screen TV's. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, it's a great place to sleep the kids! The loft has a 46 inch flat screen DVD and Nintendo Wii system. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa in the loft. Every sleeping area has black-out curtains and sound spa noisemakers to make the most of your sleeping experience.

The Atrium has underground parking for one vehicle, ski-locker storage and a large community hot tub. During the winter there is a ski area shuttle bus that stops in front of the building every 20 minutes and will take you to the Gondola or the Beaver Run base area. Our condo is on the top, 3rd floor with no elevator. It is not recommended for handicapped individuals. We prefer to rent to families and do not rent to large groups of students. Proof of age is required, must be older than 25 years. No more than 8 adults allowed to stay/sleep at any time.

We're a family of 5 from the Denver area. We love Summit County and all it has to offer! Our kids are learning to ski at Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. During the summer we bike the recreation trails and hike waterfalls and scenic peaks. There is something to enjoy every month of the year!

Why Angella King chose Breckenridge

We have another Summit County vacation rental property that we have self-managed since 2005 but needed more space for our growing family. We chose this property because of its great use of space with two master suites and plenty of room to entertain visitors. Most of all it was about location, location, location and views of the Ten mile range and ski area out of the bedroom windows. When we visit we walk everywhere with the kids: Carter Park, restaurants, art fairs, shopping, ice cream, and even to feed the fish at the Dredge! During the winter the groomed sledding hill at Carter Park is out the back door and skiing is a short walk or shuttle ride away.

What makes this condo unique

You can't beat the in-town location and access to skiing! If you want to walk it is only 3.5 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, but if you would rather, you can catch the Free Ride Shutte which stops outside the front door every 20 minutes. The Free Ride shuttle drops off at the Beaver Run base area or the Breckenridge gondola and transit center. The Gondola can be ridden for free, always fun for the kids or sight-seers! No cars are necessary for this centrally located condo.

Great condo! Plenty of space. Everything you need to enjoy yourself. Shuttle stop at condo and an easy walk to Main Street. Only negative is the building has no elevator.

Loved this condo!

This location was perfect for being close to Ski School for our kids and also close to restaurants and coffee shops. The sled hill in the back is HUGE and the kids also loved that. There are sleds provided in the garage of the building so that was awesome. The condo was in great shape and felt so big with the valued ceilings.

Our group had a fantastic time in Breckenridge! Our condo was the perfect location to the slopes and only blocks away from all the entertainment there is to offer. The condo was in immaculate condition and has a fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely stay here when we come back!

Just a couple blocks from the Quicksilver lift and Main Street. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family. A couple things I didn’t realize is there isn’t an elevator in the building and there isn’t a washer/dryer in the condo. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved Breckenridge! The condo was very nice and had nice amenities. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. The 3 flights of stairs got a little tiring each day but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
