Kitchen and baths remodeled in 2016! Newly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft, sleeps 10. Great location, less than two blocks to the nearest restaurants, bars, and shopping, two blocks to the nearest grocery store, four blocks to the nearest ski lift. Not to mention that Carter Park is out the back door with a groomed sledding hill in the winter and sand volleyball, tennis and ball fields in the summer. There is also a trail head just out the back that links up to the Breckenridge mountain biking and hiking trial system. Ideal for families!

We have outfitted the condo with all new linens, bedding and furniture. A 50 inch HD TV is next to the gas fireplace surrounded by leather sofas where our guests can relax after a day on the slopes or the trails. The gourmet kitchen was remodeled summer of 2016 with granite, stainless appliances, and a double oven. It is well appointed with all that is needed for nearly any culinary endeavor and feeding a large group. Our dining area has a large table that can accommodate 10 place settings. There is also a breakfast bar as well. The unit is located on the West end of the building, affording spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range out of all three bedrooms. There are 2 master suites, each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. They also each have 40 inch flat screen TV's. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, it's a great place to sleep the kids! The loft has a 46 inch flat screen DVD and Nintendo Wii system. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa in the loft. Every sleeping area has black-out curtains and sound spa noisemakers to make the most of your sleeping experience.

The Atrium has underground parking for one vehicle, ski-locker storage and a large community hot tub. During the winter there is a ski area shuttle bus that stops in front of the building every 20 minutes and will take you to the Gondola or the Beaver Run base area. Our condo is on the top, 3rd floor with no elevator. It is not recommended for handicapped individuals. We prefer to rent to families and do not rent to large groups of students. Proof of age is required, must be older than 25 years. No more than 8 adults allowed to stay/sleep at any time.

We're a family of 5 from the Denver area. We love Summit County and all it has to offer! Our kids are learning to ski at Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. During the summer we bike the recreation trails and hike waterfalls and scenic peaks. There is something to enjoy every month of the year!

Why Angella King chose Northwest

We have another Summit County vacation rental property that we have self-managed since 2005 but needed more space for our growing family. We chose this property because of its great use of space with two master suites and plenty of room to entertain visitors. Most of all it was about location, location, location and views of the Ten mile range and ski area out of the bedroom windows. When we visit we walk everywhere with the kids: Carter Park, restaurants, art fairs, shopping, ice cream, and even to feed the fish at the Dredge! During the winter the groomed sledding hill at Carter Park is out the back door and skiing is a short walk or shuttle ride away.

What makes this condo unique

You can't beat the in-town location and access to skiing! If you want to walk it is only 3.5 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, but if you would rather, you can catch the Free Ride Shutte which stops outside the front door every 20 minutes. The Free Ride shuttle drops off at the Beaver Run base area or the Breckenridge gondola and transit center. The Gondola can be ridden for free, always fun for the kids or sight-seers! No cars are necessary for this centrally located condo.

Great location & great property for a family ski trip

Plenty of space and all the amenities you could need for a lovely family ski trip. There were 6 in our group and this unit was large enough to easily accomodate several more. Plenty of blankets, towels, and comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen. I liked that there were black-out shades in the bedrooms and toiletries are provided. While the property is on the bus route, we walked to the Quicksilver lift and ski school in less than 5 minutes. It is also within short walking distance to the grocery store in town. The heated parking garage is a nice plus. The hot tub in the complex was never crowded. The sled hill is next door, and there are many sleds in the garage for common use. The walls in the complex are a bit thin so we could hear other tenants coming/going and the noise from water running in the upstairs bathroom was quite loud in the lower two bedrooms, but that would not keep me from renting here again or from giving this unit top marks.

Great place to stay

Perfect place to stay for a family or two couples. The kitchen had everything you need and was nice not to have to buy all the little things that add up like salt and pepper. Great location and close to everything. would definitely stay there again.

Best appointed unit ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well appointed condo. The kitchen was better supplied than my own home. The beds and linens were comfortable. The unit was spacious for our family of five. Big screen tvs, nice game room, temperature control in each room, paper goods that lasted the week, right on bus line to ski slopes and walking distance to town. The owners were very responsive to our needs. The only draw back was that it was on 3rd floor with no elevator which was only a problem on loading days. I highly recommend this condo!

Great condo

We were so pleased with our stay. The condo was fully equipped with everything a family could possibly need including extras for infants and children. The location is ideal with restaurants, grocery store and ski slopes just a few minutes walk away. And the owners were helpful and accommodating both prior to arrival as well as for the duration of our stay. Thanks! We hope to go back in the future.
