Welcome to The Eagle Estate: a private 10,107 sq ft retreat on 1.75 acres atop

Olympus Cove, with sweeping Salt Lake Valley views and resort-level amenities

rarely found in a single home. Unwind in the year-round heated pool, 15-person

hot tub, sauna, and steam room, then play on four private pickleball courts

and a basketball court. Five bedrooms and 13 beds easily sleep 16, and an

onsite estate manager is here when you need him. Downtown is 17 minutes away;

top ski resorts are 15 to 25.



Eagle Estate is the ideal setting for multi-generational family gatherings,

reunions, ski trips, day time events, weddings, corporate retreats,

graduations, honeymoons, Salt Lake Temple open house (2027) or anyone looking

for a private sanctuary close to the city. Families traveling with young

children are welcome - a high chair, Pack 'n Play, and mesh safety gate are

provided. Just 17 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 15–25 minutes from

Utah's top ski resorts, the estate offers both convenience and total

**Year-round heated pool, chromotherapy, and a 15-person jacuzzi**



The centerpiece of the estate is a resort-style heated pool, kept at 100°

through the colder months and paired with color therapy (chromotherapy)

lighting that guests consistently describe as one of the highlights of their

stay. A 15-person jacuzzi and a fully equipped pool house - complete with a

second kitchen and full bathroom - make it easy to spend an entire day

outdoors without ever going back inside.

Additional half-bath on the main floor, plus walk-in showers in both the steam

room and outdoor pool house.



**Built for groups, not just families**



Beyond the pool, the grounds include four pickleball courts, a basketball

court, a soccer field, private trails, and an orchard. A 10-person sauna and

steam room offer a quieter way to unwind, and evenings are made for BBQs under

the stars beside the estate's landscape lighting and water features. Inside,

guests can play the on-site piano, guitars, bass, marimba, or bongos, sing on

the full karaoke system, or gather in the library over board games. Fast 1 GB

Wi-Fi and USB chargers throughout the home keep everyone connected. The main

kitchen is outfitted with Sub-Zero appliances and dual islands, built for

hosting large groups comfortably.



**Concierge-level support, without the intrusion**



The Eagle Estate includes something few properties can offer: a full-time

onsite estate manager (handyman) who lives in separate quarters on the

property and is dedicated to keeping the grounds, pool, and spa running

perfectly throughout your stay. Guests consistently mention his warm,

attentive support - whether that's troubleshooting the home's technology,

walking someone through an amenity, or handling an unexpected need quickly and

quietly. He does not enter the main home unless asked, so he's there when you

need him and invisible when you don't.



On top of that, we offer complimentary grocery delivery, and can arrange

private chefs, catering, additional cleaning, babysitting, or fridge stocking

upon request - all set up before you arrive, so your stay is effortless from

the moment you walk in.



**A quiet, private neighborhood**



The estate sits on one of the most exclusive and secluded streets in Olympus

Cove, and we ask all guests to help preserve that for our neighbors. Please

review our house rules before booking, including quiet hours and our no-events

policy.



**House Rules and Other Notable Details**



* **Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM**. The estate is located in a quiet, private residential neighborhood, and these quiet hours are required by local regulations. We ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

* **No events or gatherings.** This home is booked for the registered guest count only. Parties, weddings, corporate events, and other organized gatherings beyond the reserved group are not permitted unless otherwise approved by us before your stay.

* **No smoking or vaping** anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, including marijuana.

* **Maximum occupancy** must be respected at all times and match the number of guests on the reservation.

* **Violations of the no-events or occupancy policy** may result in a $10,000 fee, in addition to any applicable charges or penalties imposed by local authorities, as well as early termination of the stay in accordance with our Terms of Service.

* The west wing is under construction until the end of November 2027. The work is separate from guest areas and won't affect your stay. Once complete, it adds 7,000 sq ft that can be booked for larger groups.
