A cozinha também é bem completa: além do básico como, geladeira frost free, forno, fogão e todos os utensílios de cozinha, além de tudo isso você terá à disposição cafeteira, microondas, airfryer, gela-água, sanduicheira e batedeira. Na área de serviço, máquina de lavar roupas. Na parte externa da casa, uma ampla área de lazer com piscina e gramado e um espaço gourmet com churrasqueira, pia e geladeira.
