Lovely welcome from owner! Enjoyed our weekend except for being eaten by bedbugs. The owner was appropriately shocked and gave me some of her luscious, handmade soaps as recompense and said, "lets call it even." I understand that these insidious pests can be anywhere and I want to believe no one else has had similar experience. I hope appropriate steps were taken to exterminate the bugs.
Photos artfully cut out the power pole/transformer disrupting lake view. Cooking pots, implements were very poor. My first break from stressful, essential work left me with more stress.
Beautiful idyllic quiet setting . Easy access to cottage and amenities. Friendly owners. Clean modern cabin met or exceeded our expectations.
