This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is situated in Incline Village with walking distance to the Hyatt Regency Resort Casino and Spa, Tahoe beaches and and array of nearby restaurants. Enjoy this corner lot surrounded by tall pines and indigenous plants in the private sitting areas on a comfortable front deck, perfect for BBQs. What ever the season, recreation and activities abounds as this perfect location puts you minutes away from Diamond Peak ski area and the base of world class mt. bike trails, along with kayaking, sailing, boating, hiking, road biking, paved lakeshore walking path, tennis, recreation center with indoor pool . This property offers seclusion in a long established neighborhood. Whatever the season, after a day of activity relax in a soothing setting next to the fireplace, playing an assortments of board games and unwinding from your full paced lifestyle. The full amenity kitchen offers convenience for your home cooked meals. If you still have energy to play you can walk to the Hyatt casino/spa or take a short drive to many of the nightlife venues nearby. Your family can then settle in restful sleep in the master bedroom downstairs or the full sized bedroom upstairs near the children’s room with 4 twin beds ( the kids love this cozy space) . This modest cabin sleeps maximum of 7 comfortably and you will find the LAKE LEVEL location to be one of its finest features! Local 42 year resident on site property manager is available for any needs and gives you all the privacy you want. Please note we do not have AIR CONDITIONING ( only fans) . Please take this into account when booking.

One of the best neighborhoods in Tahoe! The home had everything needed - to enjoy the lake, to cook great meals, to sleep well and to hang out in the evenings. The house was super clean, we loved the neighborhood, and communication with the host was clear and thoughtful. A notebook full of great suggestions was helpful. The property was charming, clean and well equipped for families traveling to Tahoe. Everything was there to help you enjoy your stay, and the kitchen was very cheerful, with all the features and appliances we needed. The host was unusually warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful. We used the guest passes to a choice of local beaches, and the one we chose was really lovely with fine picnic amenities and a great view. The surrounding area was particularly beautiful and great for walks or bike rides, with stunning houses and yards filled with bright flowers of all kinds.All in all, this was a very satisfying stay, and we would happily stay here again.

Great Incline location. Walk to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Lots of extras (card tables, games, puzzles, scooters, barbecue, outdoor table with umbrella, etc). Sheri, our host responded very quickly and took care of all of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great neighborhood close to everything. It was well furnished with all that one could need. More importantly Sheri was most helpful, with great advice considering the major winter storm that held us captive. We’d love to go back if we get the chance.

Great time

We had a great time staying at the cozy mill creek home. We are new to the area and needed a place to stay for a week, and the home had everything we needed and more. It was a very comfortable stay in a beautiful area.

Wonderful Stay at Mill Creek Home

Our family had an amazing vacation at Mill Creek Home. The place is beautiful and location is unbeatable, but what really made a difference was the communication and support we had from the property manager. Amazing service. Will stay here again for sure.

Amazing location in Incline

We had a great trip to Incline. It was super convenient to be able to walk to and from the beach every day (~12 minutes), especially since our baby needed 2 naps a day.

A Week away from it all

The cabin is well care for, clean and very inviting. The caretaker of the property was very helpful and friendly. Great area to visit with nearby trials, and close to everything but yet felt very private. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Just What We Needed!

From the time we arrived, we felt our stress slip away and the relaxation begin! The cabin was well appointed and suited each of our family’s needs. The cabin is situated among the beautiful Tahoe pines with the owners creating a beautiful park like setting! We hope to visit again!

Great location and perfect size for 6.

We all loved our Christmas at the perfect cozy cabin. It had everything we could want, including sleds and games for the kids. The home was spotless and well cared for. Sheri was just a text away with answers to any questions.

Wonderful location

A single family home at a very competitive rate, with perfect location, cleanliness, and incredibly well stocked. My family and I stayed to enjoy a quick skiing trip, and the location ideal proximity to resort, amenities, etc. The host is incredibly communicative, and also provides fun books, games, sleds, and local recommendations to eat, visit, and snow sled. Great charming home, quiet, safe, and quick access to everything.

Wonderful stay in the snow

The location was great with some fun snow to play in the front yard. Super close to Diamond Peak for skiing. House set up was great with good sized living room and kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Everyone thought their beds were very comfy and cozy. Kitchen could use updated pans and cookware, but we made it work. We will totally stay here again!

Weekend away

Cute cottage, very homey, warm and welcoming. Family oriented with lots of games, books, space to relax. Great location to explore the outdoors. Well stocked with anything you may need, and stuff you didn't know you would need. Sheri was great with communication and helpful hints for the area. This is a great place for a family getaway. Would love to reutn in the future.

A little piece of heaven!

Sheri you were a perfect host! Such attention to every detail of our comfort. The cottage is so charming and cozy inside and out. Wonderful location with easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Already considering when we can return for another visit! Need a week next time ...3 days just not enough!

Awesome location in Incline Village

This house is in a perfect location. Close to grocery, coffee shops and restaurants. We came up for snowplay with our kids and found a great spot nearby to enjoy the snow. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house has everything you need for a trip. Well stocked kitchen, pantry, beach towels, linens, movies and board games. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A Perfect Stay in Incline

We had the most wonderful time in Tahoe at this cabin! It had everything we needed for just the two of us. The location is perfect and only a short walk/drive away from anything you'd want to do. Sheri, the property manager, was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but based on her great communication, I'm sure she would have helped out ASAP if necessary. I can't recommend this property enough for your next stay in North Lake Tahoe!

Perfect get-away for our ski weekend in Tahoe

We really enjoyed staying at Sheri's cabin in the woods. The place was clean and comfortably furnished. We arrived during a major snow storm and the driveway was plowed prior to our arrival. It was plowed again the next morning after more snow fell. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the Diamond Peak ski area and Lake Tahoe. The bowl of cuties on the kitchen counter was a nice welcoming touch.
