just been renovated and refurnished. A beautiful view on the golf course (hole 8) and many extras are included, like bike’s BBQ wireless internet & calls in the US & Canada. Very close to Wal-Mart and other shops. Also very close to Disney World. Kennedy space centre and beaches like Daytona beach are just 45 minutes away. On the poolside there is all the day sunshine, for guest who like shade we have an awning installed.

Lovely villa in Haines City

We stayed at this property in Dec 2019. It is about 20-25 miles from International Drive area. It is in a lovely complex and we looked onto the golf course. Villa was very clean and has everything we needed, including bikes. There is a Walmart just a short walk away which was very handy and a number of eating places. Communication with the owner was very easy. I would recommend this accommodation and would indeed use again ourselves

Southern dunes and this villa have Everything you need

Stayed on southern dunes before so know the area , the villa had everything we needed and was clean . Views from the pool to the golf course are fantastic and overall area is very peaceful

Fabulous stay!

We had a fabulous stay in this villa! Location was excellent and even better having Walmart right round the corner! We made use of the bikes and the pool and jacuzzi. We decided to get the jacuzzi heated as it was cool, messaged the owner and was sorted straight away. The temperature didn’t seem to change so we messaged again and he sent the pool guy round straight away. This was fabulous and heated up nicely! The villa as a whole was very clean and well looked after. The only real negative we could mention (and this is us being very picky) despite the air con being on the rooms felt quite stuffy. But there were portable fans for us to use so we were able to sleep well at night. Overall we had a great stay here and would have no doubts about returning in the future! Thanks for having us :)

Ein tolles Haus am Golfplatz

Das Haus liegt wunderschön, direkt am Golfplatz. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, viel Besteck, Teller, Handtücher etc. Wir waren dort für fast 3 Wochen und es fehlte nichts. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, der Pool super sauber. Die Möbel hatten einige Gebrauchsspuren waren aber sauber. Die Geräte wie Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine und Trockner waren top. Wir kennen die Anlage „Southern Dunes“ schon länger, dies war das beste Haus. Die Terrasse liegt genau nach Süden, und die tolle Markise spendet super Schatten. Der Besitzer Jeroen ist super freundlich, reagierte auf Fragen immer unmittelbar und war immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder😀🇺🇸. Grüße aus Frankfurt/Deutschland.

Great villa

Just got back from 2 weeks at this lovely villa. Quiet, secure location with a convenient supermarket just up the road. The house was clean, well-equipped and very quiet. Loved the south-facing pool and recliner chairs. Perfect for a family looking in this area.

Great location, fantastic views on to an excellent golf course!

Villa is a little tired could do with an update of basics like cups, towels and bedding!! Nail poking out of an arm chair. Just a cosmetic update would bring this villa up to an excellent place to visit. Was more than adequate for our requirements and would not be put off booking again!!

Lovely villa, great location, super nice owner.

What a lovely place. The view was gorgeous, the setting peaceful and quiet, the pool temp just right, happy polite security on the gate, close to shopping really great access to everywhere. We have been to cental florida many times and this location was great for us. It lacked the hustle bustle and noise that goes with Orlando so great for chilling out on rest days. It was spacious and we felt totally at ease. Being able to put the car on the garage was a godsend as it was 96 most days. We will be back soon hopefully. Thanks to jeroen for letting us vacation in his lovely home.

Perfect villa and great base for a family vacation

Have stayed in many villas in and around Southern Dunes and can honestly says that this is one of the best. Pool is south facing and therefore gets all day sunshine (something to watch out for when choosing a villa). Very clean and well equipped, we did not find ourselves wanting for anything when preparing meals. Pool and jacuzzi first class. Ideal for a family of four like ours (1 x boy & 1 x girl) but would comfortable sleep six in 3 double/twin bedrooms . Sited around 20 minutes from Disney and about 40 minutes from Universal so car required. I will definitely be back to this villa for future holidays.

Wonderful Villa Highly Recommend

What a wonderful villa. Nice and close to all the disney attractions and easy to get to and from which is perfect. This villa has everything you would need for a great holiday. I am writing this review using the great Wifi, there are 3 flat screens tv and excellent cable television. The kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc there is nothing that we have not been able to find. Southern Dunes is a really nice quiet gated complex with a lovely golf course and tennis courts. This is our 4th time in Southern Dunes in the last 15 years and this is Definitely the best villa we have had. The bed rooms are a good size with lovely comfortable beds and bedding. Villa was neat, tidy and clean on our arrival. Pool is lovely with fantastic views out over the golf course, sun on the pool all day, nice and clean on arrival. The pool was then cleaned again today in the middle of our holiday as promised. The local property manager turned up on our first day to welcome us and to check all ok. Villa is a really nice size and the lounge has plenty of comfortable seating. Love the 2 leather reclining armchairs, just what you need after a long day at the parks. Really handy large Wal Mart supermarket that you can walk to easily if you want, that has everything you need and open 24 hours. Would definitely return to this villa and would recommend to family and friends.

A quiet and lovely place nearby Orlando

Although it's in Haines City, it's nearby Orlando. Directly from the safely community (with guard) you turn right and after a few miles again right (Interstate 4) and all Orlando destinations are easily accessible. Just 1 minute drive from the villa there's a Walmart (just outside the community). The villa is well equipped even with a barbeque and bicycles. The villa is well mantained and clean, even the garage. all the equipement is in good condition an easy to use. If we come back to Orlando we would like to stay again in the villa with it´s nice view on the golf course with many squirrels.

Perfect Stay!

Prima huis. Comfortabel ingericht. Alles aanwezig. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend! Beveiliging geeft een veilig gevoel. Na enkele jaren in het noorden ( Inverness ) te verblijven, wilden we iets anders en kozen voor Haines City. Hadden geen betere keuze kunnen maken! De ligging van de stad ten opzichte van alles is vele malen beter! Waar we eerst een kleine twee uur moesten rijden, ligt alles hier binnen 40 minuten!! Kan alleen maar zeggen: huis en ligging is PERFECT!! Hebben alweer geboekt voor volgend jaar oktober. We zijn meer dan tevreden!

Our long rental stay at this villa

"My wife and I stayed in this home from Jan - Apr 2011. This property is one of the best in the area and we have seen, stayed in and have friends in a number of other homes in the development. It is very well equipped. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans are the best we have seen in a rental home. There are all kinds of swimming pool toys and even bicycles for use by the tenants. The telephone, Cable TV and wireless Internet service are all very excellent. The two flat screen TV's and then two smaller TV's with DVD in the smaller bedrooms make the home great for both adults and children. With the southern facing it is very warm and sunny - the roll-out awning is very useful in the hot afternoons. This location on the 8th fairway of a prestigious has a beautiful view. Neighbours on both sides have owned their homes for a long time and they are very good people. Shopping for groceries, Walmart, Dollar Stores, drug stores and restaurants are all just a short walk away. The local property manager that cares for the home and deals with tenant issues is very good at responding to problems. I would highly recommend this home for either short or longer term stays.

Lovely place, clean and comfortabel

Lovely house, comfortabel, clean and in a very friendly neighbourhood. On a golf-course, with a nice view. The interior is a little dark, but with all the windows - southside- there is enough light in the living. The pool was clean, and perfect heated in winter. This house is a wonderfull place when you want a stay nearby, but not in the middle of all the good stuff around Orlando. It's a very short drive to the Parcs. We will come again.
