After your busy day at any of Orlando's popular attractions return to this peaceful villa your home away from home.

Located in the beautiful gated community of the renowned golf course of Southern Dunes. Besides the 4-Star golf course, it has a beautiful clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and a large community pool. Our villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no neighbours looking into our lanai. Our fully renovated and professionally decorated villa is a perfect retreat to spend your family vacation!

SOUTHWEST LANAI ALLOWS OUR GUESTS TO ENJOY THE SUNSHINE ALL DAY AND AMAZING SUNSETS!

Plenty of loungers to relax around the pool deck for those sun worshippers, read a book, or watch the kiddos splash around in the private pool Large covered dining area with BBQ for family dinners.

LARGE MASTER BEDROOM WITH ITS PRIVATE ENSUITE.

End the day on the Posturepedic king bed our guests can't stop raving about. 40" LED TV with BluRay DVD player.

The additional bedrooms also have 32' TVs, one bedroom having a queen-size bed and the other has two XL twin beds.

NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN FOR THOSE WHO ENJOY COOKING INDOORS!

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining area with onsite laundry.

THE LIVING ROOM HAS GREAT VIEWS OF THE POOL AND PLENTY OF SEATING FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.

Enjoy family gatherings with plenty of seating for everyone. It has a 50' TV, a Wii gaming system, WiFi with free streaming.

SO CLOSE TO ALL THE GREAT ORLANDO ATTRACTIONS, DISNEY WORLD, DISNEY SPRINGS, LEGOLAND, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, SEAWORLD, POPSTROKE & GO-CARTS.

All these great attractions are within a 20-mile drive away from the villa.
Besides Orlando's famous attractions. Our community has a beautiful 18-hole championship golf course. Plus at night the family can reserve a bay to test your skills at Toptracer. Something our family always enjoys.

There are several restaurants, shopping, and groceries just outside our community, some only minutes away.

The property is superb, finished to an exceptional standard and probably the best accommodation we have stayed in in Florida. Lynn is a great host and I couldn’t recommended this villa highly enough.

Wonderful villa in a great location

Just arrived back home after staying at Villa Henderson. The villa was spacious clean and very comfortable with everything required for a perfect holiday and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Haines City trip

We enjoyed our stay in this home - it was exactly as billed. Great heated pool and excellent location in Southern Dunes (top notch golf course). We would recommend this property to anyone visiting central FL, Disney World, etc and would book this home again.

A lovely homely villa with great style

The villa is at the Southern Dunes Resort which is gated and adds a sense of security which meant that we had a lovely relaxing time. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is the best we have had in the USA. There is a nice pool area which is sunny from about 10.00 all day. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely Property

Very modern property, had a brilliant stay, decorated to a high standard. Pool exceptionally clean with an outside fridge which was very useful! Overall would definitely recommend and would like to return.

A Home Away From Home

We stayed here with our two kids and my parents and we can’t say enough good things about it. Upon our arrival we immediately felt at home. The Villa was spotless and beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Our girls loved the pool and we loved the memories we made with them.

Well maintained and Great Vacation Home

We have been vacationing together with my sister for about 20 years starting in the Panhandle, then Clermont, to Springhill, to Hudson, last two years in Lake Jovita and this year Haines City. Your home by far was the cleanest of any home we have rented. Your home had everything we needed. We liked the updated TV's, updated bathrooms, and much more. Would recommend to anyone wanting to vacation in this area.

We took our daughter and son in law and our 3 grandsons to Disney for a 10 day stay! The house felt like Home and the owners were always a message away! Amazing Florida Property!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Consisting of three adults and three children between the ages of 6-8. The home layout was perfect, the decor was beautiful, the home was equipped with everything you could possibly need; dishes, starter supplies, linens, towels, beach towels, etc. We were all impressed with the beauty of the home, the location, and wonderful gated community that provided a sense of security. The home offers everything you need for a vacation to Florida and is conveniently located near all of the theme parks. Definitely a 10 star home and hosts!!! We hope to have the opportunity to rent this home in the future when we return to Florida.

Everything you need

We enjoyed a very nice stay at this very well appointed bungalow condo. It comes with everything you need in a VERY QUIET and secure gated community. The fully equipped kitchen has all you'd need and there is plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The outdoor patio deck is huge and the pool is kept at a nice, cooling temperature. The location is great - close to grocery stores and amenities and an easy drive into Orlando or destinations south. This villa is highly recommended and I would stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Fun vacation home marize your overall impression of the property

It looked exactly like the pictures online! Spotless. Which is always appreciated. The main bedroom had an extremely comfortable bed. And the pool was so nice every morning. There were play toys and lounge chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The only issue I could find was no water pressure in the showers. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation home.

An amazing place I WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN!

The pictures are awesome and that is what sold me on renting this property. The "amazing" part is when you get there and realize it's even more beautiful than you could envision. My family of 6 stayed there with out any problems as far as space or privacy. This 3 bedroom "retreat" is something I am going to love to spoil myself with on a regular basis. This place is so inviting with all the convinces in the house and around the area, I definitely felt like I was home while staying there for the week. It was very clean, organized, well maintained and relaxing. The pool offered tranquility and the area offered peace,the master bedrooms tempopedic mattress offered the best sleep I have ever had. Can't wait to book this again actually...maybe for 2 weeks this time! Thank you for allowing us into your home...we will be back!

Wow what a holiday villa. We have been coming to Florida for over 30 years and this villa has been the best we have stayed in by far. The villa is very clean, tidy and is situated in a great location with a great community feel. It has everything you might need during your stay; it’s a home from home. We would most definitely recommend it to anyone and will be looking to rebook again.

Beautiful Villa!!!

A total gem! There is a Walmart right outside the gates and plenty of food options nearby. The villa is completely updated and tastefully decorated. The king bed was super comfortable as was the oversized sectional in the living room. The outdoor loungers were also quite comfortable. Lynn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We enjoyed our days by the pool and wish to return in the near future! The only suggestion I would make would be to have a few bare essentials on hand or at very least inform renters that they will have to supply most everything. We did not have soap in the bathroom upon arrival and there was only salt, pepper and a small amount of olive oil in the kitchen cabinets.

Southern Dunes Vacation - March 2022

This was truly a "home away from home". The Villa Henderson is completely equipped with everything you would ever need and then some. We had one small issue upon arrival and I contacted the owner. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved ASAP. This was nicest home we have ever stayed at in Florida. The Villa is exactly as shown in the photos. We would love to stay here again and we would highly recommend this Villa! Don & Joanne

Excellant Home Away From Home

My Family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this WONDERFUL Home Away from Home. The house had everything you need and even more. We are proud Canadians that have grown up in Niagara Region, only 10 minutes from Niagara Falls, Ontario. My husband and I have 2 children and 4 grandsons who love to travel to Florida each year.

Why they chose this property

We looked at several properties prior to purchasing this villa. We wanted a vacation property that was quiet and relaxing while offering plenty of things to do. As soon as we traveled through the front gates we knew we found our piece of paradise. I know you will have the same reaction. This property offers everything from peace and tranquility, to the exciting day & nightlife of Orlando's attractions. Close to both coast, only 1 1/2 hour drive to either Clearwater or Daytona beaches.
