You can easily access the best that Nice has to offer: The Promenade des Anglais, the cool winding streets of the old town with its vibrant atmosphere, restaurants, bars and the famous stretch of Nice Pebble beach. Central but quiet with aircon & ceiling fans, a wonderful place to chill in the summer

Great location in Old Town….very easy walk to the beach and all that Old Town has to offer. Enjoyed our 6 night stay.

Once we found the place through intricate streets and spotty internet due to the tall buildings, we were greeted by a lovely host who spoke our language and provided all the necessary information and answered all questions. The host also provided us with instant contact via what’s app which is crucial to people like us who depend on a non functioning cell phone (eSIM used). We ran into a couple of snags of which the host provided quick replies and support. The TV was a smart tv which we appreciated since we could use our accounts for Netflix and Apple TV. Thank you for a wonderful stay where we have lots of memories!

If you can handle walking up the stairs to the the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans), it’s a great place. It’s right in the middle of the old town. I was a little apprehensive about a possible noise problem, but that was never an issue. I really liked the openness of the living room, dining area and kitchen. There were 2 couches which provided lots of sitting for 4 people to relax. We took advantage of the kitchen to make a couple of meals after picking up fresh ingredients from the local open air market. Everything needed to enjoy the meal was available. If you happen to be a microwave type person, you’re out of luck. Having 2 complete bathrooms was really convenient. There isn’t much room in one of the bedrooms for luggage but lots of open space in the living room. You have to get dropped off on the edge of the old town and walk to the apartment. It’s like a 2 minute walk. The beach is so close. You can walk 2 minutes to the tram. It will take you to shopping and the train station. Again, you just need to be prepared for the walk up the stairs multiple times a day. The family would definitely stay there again
