Beautiful well equipped villa. Close proximity to loads of eateries and supermarkets. Large pool area. Host was easy to contact and any issues were quickly resolved. Only downside to property was the close proximity to busy road which was noisy.

Our family of four had a great time timing staying at this property. Rebecca is a responsive host who was always ready to assist with any questions we had. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities to relax after a long a day at Disney World. The functioning hot tub was a huge hit with our daughters and the lake out back has some big bass! We look forward to booking this property again for our future trips to Orlando/Disney World.

Check in was super simple. I will notate that my GPS took me to the neighborhood across the street though. Place was clean and had some snacks, which was pretty nice. Location wasn't too far from theme parks. Lots of places nearby tp eat and Publix wasnt very far either. Host was super responsive as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Davenport! The home is absolutely amazing—beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.The highlight for us was definitely the covered outdoor space. It was such a great area to relax and enjoy time together, and it really made our stay extra special.Rebecca was an amazing host! Communication with her was excellent from beginning to end. She was very responsive and took care of every request or concern we had right away, which we truly appreciated.We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Davenport/Orlando area. We are already planning our next visit to the US in December and would definitely consider staying here again!
