¡Casa de cuatro dormitorios con vista al golfo y una piscina privada completamente nueva! Casa de lujo bellamente diseñada con hermosos paisajes y jardines paisajísticos. El hogar se encuentra directamente cruzando la calle desde el Golfo con acceso peatonal a la playa.

1313 Ariola Drive es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Esta casa tiene una primera impresión increíble al subir las escaleras y abrir la puerta principal. Su decoración de lujo se complementa con muebles de calidad. El primer piso tiene un amplio plan de piso abierto. Una sala de estar y comedor de 22 'de techo se conecta a una gran cocina gourmet. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de diseño y amplias encimeras de granito para preparar comidas.

La sala de estar principal, baños, porches y balcones tienen pisos de travertino. Muebles de lujo con hermosos accesorios fluyen por toda la casa. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas con TV y baño privado. Cada uno es muy acogedor después de un largo día en la playa o en la piscina. Porches y balcones cubiertos hacen que esta casa sea muy especial. Los porches se envuelven alrededor de la casa en tres lados y ofrecen una vista del Golfo o la bahía. This property is great! 4 Bedrooms each with own bath is really nice. It is just a few steps away from the beach with nothing blocking your view, although having a private pool was great with 2 infants too. House was stocked with lots of beach toys, a beach wagon, pool floats, a cooler, a baby pool, and lots of outdoor seating.

Just Perfect

The layout of the home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I appreciated that the majority of the beds were king and queen sizes. Often in rentals, they squeeze in more twin, full size and bunk beds which are not comfortable for most adults. There were lots of beach toys and a wagon for the little ones and the pool was a hit with everyone. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. There was even a beach cart in the garage full of sand toys and floats. We usually stay in a large condo building but never again! We are already planning our next stay at this wonderful house!

Great Beach Teip 2020

We enjoyed the pool and the best thing was how close we were to the beach. It was easy to walk back to eat or relax in the pool or get out of the sun. Clean house, great location and great views.The only small issue we had was with downstairs bedroom fan/light combo. It seems to be an ongoing issue since it is in the instructions given for house. I think it needs to be reprogrammed because that bedroom didn't have a working fan due to light always coming on at night. Time needs to be taken to fix that.
