The Space:

In the coveted Seabright Beach area of Santa Cruz, this lovely home is set along one of the most charming coastal strips in California! It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, as well as the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Seabright Beach and a host of popular restaurants and coffee shops.



The Seabright Serenity is cozy and comfortable!  This two-bed one-bath PET-FRIENDLY unit is the bottom floor of a duplex. One bedroom offers a queen size bed, the second bedroom offers two single beds. The upstairs unit is occupied by the owner's of the property. It has been recently remodeled and will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.  There is street parking only for this unit.



Steps away bakeries, cafes, and popular several breakfast spots, this Seabright home lets you live like a local.  While being just 2 short blocks to the sand, you will be minutes away from downtown Santa Cruz where you can dine and shop to your heart’s desire!  Take the scenic 10 minute drive to Capitola Village and explore the rest of the Monterey Bay from this central location.

Great location within walking distance of seabright restaurants and beach! Amenities were good. Twin beds were a little uncomfortable and lots of noise from upstairs neighbors. Sleeping with white noise helped. Could have used another fan for the second bedroom. Street parking was easy. Definitely perfect for dog owners!

Very nice place, clean. Twin beds were not comfortable at all. It was hard to sleep because people in house above were very noisy.

Great location. Close to public bike rental. Easy bike ride over to the boardwalk and walk to the beach. We arrived on a Friday and didn’t need to move our car until we left on Sunday. Clean and stocked with the basics. Great rental for our family of three with room for one more!

Great location for beach access, as well as a few solid dining and coffee options right around the corner. Apartment was nice and host communication was excellent.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and the Boardwalk. Close to restaurants, cafes, stores, and more. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our 2 little dogs also enjoyed the place, having their own outside spot in the front. We had a great time and hope to return.

A convenient, sweet place to stay

We (myself, my sister, and her daughter) enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised and the property management company was thoughtful and attentive. We were visiting family in Santa Cruz and so the property is convenient to all things Santa Cruz and nearby.

Nice Santa Cruz House

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean rental and pleasant neighborhood. The property is a perfect location for exploring the beach, Boardwalk, and all Santa Cruz has to offer.

Seabright Serenity could not have been better for our family. The property itself was exactly as pictured. Parking was easy too. Great being able to walk to everything.

Seabright Beach dream spot

Lovely and perfect to get beach, Boardwalk, and food. Always available street parking, and all the amenities you would want. Will request again someday.

Great Seaside Escape

We stayed in this rental over Memorial Day weekend, it was great. Very accurate to the description and pictures. The property managers were very responsive and helpful during the reservation and check-in process. The location is very nice and walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Would love to stay here again on future visits to Santa Cruz.
