Lofty Apartment is located on a quiet street only a blocks away from all the action in the heart of the nation's oldest city. Built in 1917, renovated kitchen with new appliances, tastefully decorated, & equipped with everything needed to make your stay in Historic St. Augustine a remarkable experience. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms. Indoor dinning area and an outdoor dinning area on the open deck as well. Café & scones in the AM or cocktails & Tapas in the evening al fresco. Walking distance to town with private parking in the rear. Your own laundry too. Close to everything yet far enough away for peace and tranquility.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It's perfect walking distance to downtown St Augustine. Host was friendly and checked in with after we checked in and during our stay. Was the perfect little get away!

This property was perfect for walking to historic downtown and everywhere we wanted to go. It was very nice inside, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and would definitely stay here again.

Easy parking on the street. It was a very walkable location for food, entertainment, museums, etc. The host was fast to respond to messages. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

The property was very clean and secure. A little smaller than the listing made it seem and the back staircase was a little sketchy. I did attempt to contact the host a message with a question but did not receive an answer. Other than that, it was a good stay.

St Augustine weekend

This was a great property for our family trip with fur babies. It was a short walk downtown and a very relaxing property to hang out at.

Great Girls Trip Stay

My daughter and I stayed here just before moving her into Flagler college. The property was clean, close to everything, and in a great little neighborhood. Loved the decor and small back porch. It felt like home.

Best VRBO

Our first time using VRBO and this place was so cozy and accommodating! The location is a few minutes outside all the action so it remains very peaceful. The property manager was amazing and so communicative. We will def stay again.

Lofty Treetop Apt was a cozy place for my family to stay while in St. Augustine. It was very clean and a short walk from sights we wanted to visit. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Any questions we had for the property manager were answered quickly. We would definitely stay here again if in St. Augustine again.

We loved the lofty treetop apartment. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. John was friendly, and accommodating to our needs. We loved how close it was to everything so that we could walk. I didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay here again whenever in the area.

Absolutely Amazing!

First time visiting St. Augustine and it was awesome. The location of this property was spot on. Quiet neighborhood setting and a short walk to all the historic downtown action. We loved it and will be back.

The place was spotless, everything was there that you would need to stay and to self cater. It has lovely outdoor areas. Was a block or two from all the attractions and historic sites downtown but located on a tree lined quiet street. This host was very responsive, ample parking, and it was spacious. Delightful. I will be back for a longer stay.
