1750 Asbury Ave (1st Floor) – This 3 bedroom condo has a fantastic location, just two short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It has everything you’d expect from new construction including all stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors & ceiling fans. The two shaded decks give you plenty of room to relax outside. This first floor condo is located in the desirable Gold Coast section of town which is a perfect spot for all ages because everything is within walking distance whether it’s the beach, shops & rides on the boardwalk or the shops & restaurants on Asbury Ave. Check out the reviews from last season.

You can’t beat the location of this house! You are within walking distance of everything Ocean City has to offer! The home was spacious and very clean! The owner was wonderful to deal with! It was a great family vacation at the beach!

Great place!
We had a great stay! The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Joe was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was perfect for our daily walks on the boardwalk and the beach.

Great location and wonderful property!
Everything about this home was great. The location, amenities, updates, check-in/out process…everything. The host was wonderful to work with and communication was awesome. 5 stars!

Perfect family vacation
My wife and I had a great family vacation to Ocean City with our 2 kids. Joe was a great host and his house was perfect to walk to the beach, boardwalk, etc. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you Joe!

Winter retreat
My wife and i had a wonderful trip. The property was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Joe was an excellent host and his communication was excellent. I would recommend this property for your next vacation.

Perfect house!
We had a great time! House was perfect for my husband, 3 year old and 10 month old! 2 blocks from beach, super spacious, modern, clean. Highly recommend

Excellent Stay!!
We enjoyed our vacation very much! The host was very accommodating and communicative! Very pleasant! The house was very clean. Very nice block too. Comfortable inviting front porch to have your morning coffee outside and to sit at night. Thank you Joe for a great week!

Sweet slice of heaven!
For you beach lovers this is a sweet, hidden gem. There are so many properties to choose from but this one offers a little bit of everything. Joe was the kindest, most helpful, quick to respond, very easy to work with host! Between all the companies we have used prior...he’s is one of the best I’ve dealt with! Thank you Joe!

BEST PLACE to RENT in OCEAN CITY, NJ.
The MOST BEAUTIFUL place to rent in Ocean City, NJ! The condo has an excellent location, only a couple blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The home is impeccable! Very clean, along with beautiful furniture. The owners are great people. They take great care of their tenants! Could not ask for better people to rent from in OC!

Lovely stay
We are a family of four (kids aged 4 & 6) that was able to for 11 days in March. The house was clean and the location to boardwalk/beach/shopping was excellent. We had one hiccup while staying that was simply out of our control (garage door broke) and the owner responded quickly and had a worker come out immediately to fix. The owner could not have been nicer! We would definitely stay at this same location on our next visit. I did read reviews prior to staying…. And now I understand why most families stay year after year at this house.

Wonderful, clean, well-decorated property that was the perfect distance (a 3-4 block walk) from the beach ... and another 3 blocks takes you to where the commercial part of the boardwalk begins. With space for our 2 cars, and room to park our rented bikes and fishing equipment, we were able to enjoy what OC had to offer. All appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher) were modern and worked well. Two very nice bedrooms with queen beds were perfect for up to 4 adults, and it was great to have a balcony and private bath off one of them (where the grownups stayed). The third bedroom had space for 3-4 young children or a smaller number of adults. Our kids are bigger (young teens) and we easily set up an air mattress for one of them in the large living area where there was plenty of room. The grownups loved hanging out on the very comfortable front porch in the mornings and evenings. We would be delighted to stay here again - great property and great host. Thank you very much!

We have rented in Ocean City for many many years and are so excited to come back as owners. We strive to be owners that we would want to rent from.

Our families first starting coming to Ocean City in the 1940s so we got back several generations. We all have great memories of being at the beach, walking the boardwalk and riding bikes in town.

You really don’t have to drive anywhere. You can walk to the shops on Asbury, walk to the boardwalk (boardwalk shops start 5 blocks up) or stroll down to the beach. The short walk to our guarded beach with friends and family is one of the best ways to spend your summer vacation. We are 3 houses in from the 18th street side of Asbury and there is a traffic light there that adds a safety factor as you, your family or little ones walk to the beach or boardwalk.
