Ocean city getaway

We had a comfortable stay. Beautiful home. Great location. Joe, our host, was quick to respond. Checked in with us to make sure everything was going well.

Great location and beautiful porch

Loved staying here. You really only had to cross one road to get to the beach and boardwalk. Very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the front porch the most with its comfortable furniture and breeze. Would definitely stay here again. Joe was very easy to work with and had the house set up well.

Beautiful shore home, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful home, clean, great location and the owner was very good to deal with. He checked in mid week to make sure all was good. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Lovely house.

This home was lovely! It was just as it was described in the listing. Everything was clean. The location was quiet and close to the boardwalk and beach. Our stay was short but relaxing. Communication with Joe was easy and helpful.

Great location and house!

House is great. Location is perfect to get to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Huge porch. Quiet. Clean. Spacious. Would stay again.

Winter Beach Week

Beautiful home in center of OCNJ! Comfortable and attractive furnishings. Quiet and cozy with a gas fireplace for cold nights! There are steps up to beds and bathrooms. Steps down to garage. Looking forward to a summer visit!

Beautiful beach home

Great location. Accommodations were good for our family . Loved the front porch. We used it from early mornings to late evenings. Check in was so easy. Garage was amazing for all our beach paraphernalia. And Joe, the owner, could not have been nicer. He checked in on us midweek to make sure we were good.

Great place to spend a week in OC!

The home was exceptional. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in OC. Joe, the owner, almost immediately responded to our questions, which is not always the case in rental homes.We’ll certainly try to come back for New Years again if available!.

Quality Home Near the Beach

House was as listed and in a great location for both trips to the beach and shopping in town. Clean, well designed, and comfortable space to both relax and entertain in.

Great Getaway

The house was beautiful! The porch was so great to sit out on. The house was nicely decorated and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. I would definitely recommend, and might be booking the property for next summer!

Great House

We stayed labor day week 2020. This has been my favorite OC rental. The house is well maintained, clean, and the owner was a great communicator. The garage is oversized, so there is plenty of storage for your beach gear along with your car. It's a very short walk to the beach and there are many things within walking distance walk such as fractured prune donuts, wawa, and bike rentals. The covered deck was great for rainy days. Also, there is a TV in every bedroom so it is very easy to get some personal down time.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It is a great location close to the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were super comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Family beach vacation

Lovely home! Owner was very helpful! Great location. Grandchildren had a ball - surf lessons; beach every day and boardwalk spending sprees and rides. ... home cooked meals and card games and puzzles; sitting on the lovely porch watching the world go by. Everyone enjoyed our week in Ocean City at this lovely home!

Great location, spacious, and updated

What a great find. Tons of value in this beautiful 4 br house. Very convenient to beach and board walk. Inside was updated and pristine. Porch was spacious and nice for enjoying some drinks outside. The owner even went above and beyond with the little things most rentals skimp on. For example the kitchenware (wine glasses, coffee mugs utensils, pots/pans, etc) we’re quality. Not some yard sale junk or miss matching old kitchen wares like I typically see in beach rentals. Also appreciated the nice TV and the xfinity X1 cable with on demand and some of the premium channels (we were catching up on some of our favorite showtime series). Some houses have the bare bones when it comes to TV. WiFi was also fast and convenient. Full size high efficiency washer and dryer. Finally we noticed the place was impecibly clean and well organized. Even the handles on all the coffee mugs were all neatly facing the same direction. Attention was paid to every last detail. Can’t wait to come back.

The Perfect Ocean City Summer Rental

Perfect accommodations for my family and I. Steps to the beach and the boardwalk. Bright, clean and spacious - we feel at home the minute we step in the door. The kids just love the house- the bedrooms the porch, the grass they love it all. The property owner is attentive, responsive and goes out of his way to make this a smooth and easy experience for us.

Excellent OC Property!

My family and I stayed at this property from July 28-August 4, 2018. This was our second family summer vacation at 1517 Central. The location is conveniently located two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Boyer’s market, CVS and Eckerd are within walking distance as well. The house is perfectly maintained along with being extremely clean and comfortable. The property owner Joe is great to work with. He is extremely responsive, and even touched base with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property. It is a wonderful place to spend your vacation and make lasting memories with your family.

Perfect Location!!

We have been coming to OCNJ for over 20 years. We have stayed at both ends of town. This was a great location! Our family of four stayed here along with our sons 3 friends. It worked out perfect! Easy walk to and from beach. This property is decorated so nice and in GREAT condition! Loved the wood floors.....so easy to clean up sand! We usually stay on second floor properties, but the porch here was a great addition! SO nice and peaceful to sit there in the evenings. On the rainy day we had our boys spent the afternoon playing cards out on the porch, so glad we all got to use it. It made for another great family vacation at OCNJ making memories!!!!

Great beach house

We stayed at this property for the 4th of July week. Our family always enjoys OCNJ, but this year I was worried because we would have a newborn in addition to our other kids. The location of the house was wonderful in that we could walk to the main part of the boardwalk and easily the 1.5 blocks back and forth from the beach often with the baby. The house itself was great - clean and new. Joe was very easy to deal with and was very helpful. We look forward to hopefully renting again next season!

Perfect Condo. Great Location!

This condo is everything it is advertised to be and more! Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and the open layout is awesome. The front porch is perfect for lounging all day long with plenty of outdoor furniture. The distance to the beach makes walking a breeze. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This condo is the perfect rental!

Our families first starting coming to Ocean City in the 1940s so we got back several generations. We all have great memories of being at the beach, walking the boardwalk and riding bikes in town.

You really don’t have to drive anywhere. You can walk to the shops on Asbury, walk to the boardwalk (having to cross only one street) or stroll down to the beach. The short walk to our guarded beach with friends and family is one of the best ways to spend your summer vacation. We are 3 houses in from the corner of 15th street & Central Ave (on the ocean side of Central Ave).
