Bienvenue à la Villa Giacomo! Notre maison de ville est située dans une belle communauté fermée appelée Terra Verde Resort. Nous sommes à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de l'endroit le plus heureux sur Terre - Disney World! Il existe un large éventail d'options de restauration dans un rayon de 8 km. Pour les accros du shopping, notre maison de ville est à seulement 10 minutes en voiture des points de vente Premier Premium, des nouveaux Disney Springs et de plusieurs autres établissements de vente au détail. Le complexe propose une belle piscine communautaire et un bain à remous, un centre de remise en forme, un bar tiki, une soirée cinéma hebdomadaire, un terrain de basket, un terrain de volley-ball et plus encore. La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur ainsi que votre propre piscine privée. Nous attendons de vous recevoir!

Great Family Resort

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this nice, quiet townhome overlooking the lake, close to Disney. We loved the private pool, which my family particularly enjoyed. I definitely recommend this stay.

Hello Patricia, the layout of the unit is found within the profile of our home. It states that that there is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main level. Further notes that there are three additional bedrooms on the second floor.

This home is great place to stay. The Terre Verde complex is safe and convenient with lots of amenities. Ann is a great host. She provides excellent communication, and is very accommodating. Highly recommended !!

Absolutely Perfect

Myself and my family just spent 4 weeks here, the house was beautiful, so comfortable, clean and in one of nicest locations in the resort. The pool was amazing and Ann was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely, recommend this property to anyone and we would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

My family came to Florda because my special needs daughter had a competition at Worlds. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable; we all slept well after a busy day. We also loved the gated community pool and snack bar. We spent may nights at the pool and enjoyed drinks.

Orlando Theme Parks

This was a beautiful resort with a very nice 4 bedroom townhome. We were at the parks each day so unfortunately only got to use the private pool once and the resort pool once. Both were very nice. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the space with our group of 6. We thought that all of the resort staff were very helpful and good at their jobs.

Amazing holiday in beautiful villa in great location

This is are 1st time visiting Terra Verde we were peasantly surprised at the open lay out of the complex. The property we stayed in was well finished with all necessary items readily available. The property was light and airy with 4 well appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property had a Good size pool which we enjoyed. A perfect location for Disney as well as restaurants and shopping outlets in the US 192 area. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again.

Great choice when visiting WDW

The house is neat, minimally decorated, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue was in the room downstairs, there was a long black hair on the sheets, one in a pillowcase, and one on the dresser. The beds were comfortable and the pool was relaxing. It didn’t have any dishsoap, and there was a note saying to not use laundry pods, only liquid. That was a little annoying, but overall, it was a great place to stay for several days.

Loved this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome home! Flew 3000 miles to come and it was a nice, spacious home to relax in between theme park visits. Loved the enclosed pool and the lake! The owner communicated with us if things came up- she always responded and was very friendly. We will definitely book again if we come back to Orlando!

Adult Disney Trip

We enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Kitchen was well appointed and instructions were clear. Convenient to all Disney parks. Pool was a nice perk even though it was a little too cold to get in this time of year.

Great location, close to everything we needed.

Easy checking in and out with gate and security, can text about deliveries which is nice. Everything was clean and organized, beds were not too comfortable. I could hear the springs moving when my husband would get up and down. Other than that we loved it! Thanks!

An absolute gem. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and lots of space which was perfect for my family size . The resort amenities were superb, we felt safe, and it was coinvent to all of the attractions. Great Time!

Great location .

The property was a great proximity to the club house on the resort and the resort facilities were excellent. The resort is a good location for shopping,restaurants and theme parks, car recommended. The property was a good size and comfortable for our party of 5 adults .It was clean and pretty well equipped and the beds were very comfortable also the towels were the best we have ever had in a rental accommodation.
