Padre Escapes Condo

It was really nice having the 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathroom's for our vacation. The condo was decorated very nicely with a beach theme. The pool was heated and clean. We liked being able to walk right out to the beach too. Staff were very helpful and nice. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Birthday Getaway

This property was amazing and hit all the boxes for us. The place was clean, smelled great, cute beachy decor. The beach right out the back door coukdnt be any better. Loved the clean pool snd hottub. Will definitely be returning soon.

Great condo; clean and comfortable. Will definitely book again. Just be aware there are no spices, not even salt and pepper. And no coffee filters for the coffee pot so you’ll want to plan accordingly. A couple more cookie sheet type pans would be helpful; there is one small one. Other than those small things the kitchen is well appointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute condo. Bare minimum on the “rental condiments” bring everything you need but toilet paper, shower towels and hairdryer. Not much provided. Tubs were shower only which can be challenging with kids. No ways to watch movies so bring your own set up for that. No washer or dryer. Restaurants, grocery store, ice - everything you need is very close by. All in all was a good stay. Will come back with the things listed above.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a basic beach vacation rental. It has a few things that could be updated like the tub/showers but they are not bad. The rest of the house was very clean and nice except for one throw pillow on the loveseat the back of it so kid had used as a napkin but that is easily cleaned. I love that they wash all bedding and the place was so clean. I would switch the furniture around in the bedrooms. I know the one is the master but when you have 4 people sleeping in the bunkroom it gets a little warm at night even with the fan on. just a suggestion. Its a nice place and love the location and views. we would definately stay again. oh and it could use few more chairs on the balconies.

I was told at the front office to close the vents downstairs. Pool was clean, not loud, rooms clean. I'm a Designer and there was too much furniture and too many decorations on walls. Very busy. A washing machine would of been nice. Nice big refrigerator and nice stove. Microwave was not closing well but nice and big.

Did NOT end well

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great accommodations, nice pool, good location, walk or drive to beach. TV downstairs would turn off every 10 min. Staff was unable to fix & Spectrum could not come until after we left. When we got home we realized we had left a very special expensive pillow on the bed that is needed for a neck problem.Office was already closed I called the next morning when they opened at 9:00. Was told that they could NOT even CONTACT the new occupants and could not retrieve the pillow until the occupants checked out. (I wonder how Spectrum was going to be able to access the condo??) So my personal pillow is being slept on/used multiple nights by a stranger in the midst of this Covid pandemic. I do want my pillow case back but needless to say the pillow will most likely have to be thrown away due to possible contamination if it cannot be laundered or maybe I can Lysol it. I even asked her, "what if I had left my PURSE or an envelope of money" and all she could do was quote "the rental agreement you signed". I hope this saves someone from this TERRIBLE experience. Check and Check again for any items because you cannot get them back as long as there is a guest in the condo or so I was told. God forbid you leave a Prescription that can't be refilled without a Dr. visit or a Cpap machine. Hope this helps someone !
