Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Une confortable chambre à coucher, un appartement de bain avec un salon et une cuisine ouverte. L'appartement est indiqué pour 2 adultes, mais il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Les enfants de moins de 12 ans sont gratuits. Dans le salon, il y a un canapé-lit queen size et une télévision à écran plat de 40 "comprennent Netflix Hulu etc. La chambre spacieuse est dotée d'un confortable lit superposé Full / Twin. Une salle de bain de bonne taille avec une douche. Air / chauffage central, Internet - WiFi. Calme et idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Laguna (accès # 89), Épiceries: Publix, Winn-Dixie. et CVS Pharmacy. We had a fabulous time! The location was perfect! The proximity to the beach and Sunnyside restaurant was terrific. Outside space was relaxing and well maintained. A lovely place to stay.

Nice little spot

It was a nice little apartment style place, no real view of anything and tight on the parking but that was ok. Very clean and nice, short walk to the beach. We had family staying beach front so we just drove to there place everyday

Perfect place, perfect location

This unit is so cute!! Its the perfect size for a small group, its a super short walk to the beach and its on a quiet side of town. The host Maria was very nice and quick to answer any messages and questions we had.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was perfect. Fantastic location- we brought our beach cart and walked the hop, skip and a jump to the beach every day. Literally like a two minute walk. Not bad at all even when you are bringing kids and a lot of beach stuff , it was no problem. It is spacious enough that you are not on top of each other and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The outside common area was also very enjoyable. Loved it and will definitely come again.

Very Spacious!

We just got back from a 5 day trip and loved this place! We have stayed in one of the other units on this property before (because the location is so great), but this was our first time staying in apartment #5. The unit was more than big enough for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. I was worried that with one bedroom it would feel crammed, but it didn't. The bedroom is so large that we could have fit an extra queen size air mattress and not felt tight. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes, which was really helpful with young kids. Also, it was really nice how there were already beach chairs and an umbrella in the apartment that we could use each day. I can't get over how beautiful and clear the water was! We will be back again!

Fit our needs

We booked last minute when we decided to extend our stay. We had to change places and Maria was gracious enough to let us check in early. We would stay here again.

great for families

a nice walk to the beach - plenty of "beach equipment" to use (chairs, sand toys, body boards) during your stay; great neighborhood - NO condos or large commercial properties to compete with; not crowded Parking is very limited but do-able even with a large vehicle. Quiet neighborhood. for sleeping there is a pullout sofa in the living area; and in the bedroom a futon (not quite equivalent to a full size bed; probably more like a somewhat "wide" twin size - great for kids!) and a queen or full size bed. NO bunk beds. We loved the shower outside for getting rid of sand before coming inside. Nice grill outside and plenty of seating on the patio area. NO bathtub, shower only - but it is nice! FYI Thank you for contributing to WONDERFUL memories with my family. We would love to visit again. :)

Excellent location

Wonderful location with a short, easy walk to a quiet beach. The queen bed was super comfy. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher, dish towels, some large plastic cups for taking drinks to the beach, a folder of recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc.

All you need for a great beach trip

Maria’s place has all you need for a short getaway. Beach is about a .2 mile walk. Street was never busy and we didn’t experience heavy crowds. Moreover, Maria was a great communicator. Would recommend.

Nice, quiet, easy to find, and walking distance to the beach!!

Loved the stay. It was our first time here second year in a row to Florida. Planning on coming here once a year now. Beach wasn't crowded the days we were there and conveniently located to everything you need!
