As soon as the issue with the oven was brought to our attention in the office, we arranged for it to be replaced that same afternoon. Regarding the BBQ, we would also like to clarify that we specifically asked you to provide the purchase receipt so that we could arrange reimbursement. Unfortunately, we never received a response to this request, despite our willingness to resolve the matter. We would also like to point out that our office operates during established working hours and that our emergency contact is specifically intended for urgent situations requiring immediate intervention. While we always do our best to respond promptly, we cannot guarantee immediate assistance outside office hours for non-emergency maintenance issues. We regret that you felt abandoned, as this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We also regret that you felt our staff's attitude was unsatisfactory, as our intention is always to assist our guests professionally and respectfully. We always strive to find practical solutions to any issues reported, and we believe that communication and cooperation from both sides are essential to resolving matters efficiently.
